La Bevelle offers a spacious terrace that overlooks a kidney shaped pool and a beautiful picturesque mountain view backdrop that is sure to take your breath away. La Bevelle is also nicely situated on the border of a natural reserve that offers piece and quiet, yet in walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. This was the most well-equipped rental that we have stayed at. While we didn't cook here, had we, everything needed was available. The condo has top of the line appliances in good working order. Of special note is the combo washer and dryer. Other rentals that we have stayed in only had a washer and a rack to dry your clothes. The unit is exceptionally quiet. During our 10 days stay I never heard a neighbor. The directions provided to the unit brought us directly to the front door. The condo is located in a gated community that is regularly patrolled by security. Seeing them regularly provided a sense of security. There are several outstanding restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The beach is minutes away too. There is a small market within walking distance too. You could stay here and never leave the area for your entire stay. There nothing that one would need that the condo doesn't have or one can't buy within an easy walk. I would consider renting this unit again.

We had a wonderful time. the unit was clean and well taken care of. We had some issues with the water and electricity going out and the internet not working well at times but these were all issues that were out of the owners hands.

Apartment is very comfortable and in close walking distance (5-minute walk) to all restaurants, shops, and the beach. The neighbors were very quiet, and we had a restful stay. Only bummer was that the dishwasher was broken, and I ended up doing the dishes for the week. I think housekeeping should spend some time doing the dishes in the place one the dishwasher is fixed. Also, some additional pillows for the bed upstairs would be appreciated and some hand soap. However, none of this is a dealbreaker and the apartment is very nice, and we would absolutely return. Thanks!

The decor very nice. Caribbean style, yet a very modern feel. The apartment contained quality, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. Nice matching plates and cups and glasses. I would recommend a few more motion lights in the upstairs bedroom, due to the beans on the sides of the room. The other recommendation I have would be to have an easier door, locking system. Our concierge, Alex, was helpful in giving us a quick tour of the property, and always responded promptly to my texts and questions.

Clean and well equipped

The perfect place. Probably the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in. From rice cooker to ice maker, and everything in between. Lots of assorted spices and oils to choose from. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, we really didn’t want to leave. A short walk to the beach and being close to the Main Street with its restaurants and small shops made it the perfect location. Alexandra and cleaning staff were very helpful.Highly recommended

Beautiful apartment in Orient Bay

We stayed at La Bevelle with my husband for the NYE’s week 2024-25. The apartment is at a perfect location, walking distance to the village but in a quiet corner away from the noise. Also, very close to the beach with access to the beach gate. Added bonus is the concierge service provided by Alexandre and Christina which is very helpful for support locally. All in all, great accommodation and we are hoping to be back sometime in future. Thank you Johnny and Lynn for renting it to us!

Lovely Equipped Apartment, Perfect Location

This was a super well equipped apartment that had things not usually found, like containers, foil, starter coffee, beach chairs/umbrella. It had great AC and one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. It could use foot wash/rinse outside and there is no microwave, but nothing that would prevent us from returning. The location is exceptional! Easy walk to grocery store and fabulous restaurants in the village. We happily discovered the key to the gate to get to the beach closest to clothing optional beach. We would most definitely return to this lovely property!

Passiflore Building

Owners and property mangers were very helpful. Door lock was challenging the first couple of days. We loved the location as a home base, enjoying dining at a different restaurant nightly making it unnecessary to drive at night. Calmer beaches such as Friars, Grand Case, Anse Marsel and Mullet were a pleasure to visit as well. Casino market was in walking distance and perfect for our few needs. We hope to return again soon.

Orient Condo

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had a couple of questions prior to the rental which Johnny answered immediately which was greatly appreciated. The condo was very clean and well maintained, location was superb. Sleeping quarters were very comfortable! Thank you.
