Everything was wonderful! The condo was beautiful, clean, and full of nice amenities including a cooler, beach chairs, an umbrella, shampoo, hair dryer, even Nespresso pods and sugar! The view was exactly as advertised. We spent many mornings and evenings sitting outside enjoying coffee, breakfast, and the ocean views and breezes. Of course, the highlight was the host, Christian. He gave us exact directions, greeted us with a smile, gave us excellent advice for local shopping and dining, and gave us a great guide book! He checked in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly, and he coordinated a stress free check out. We expect to return many times in the future! Merci et a bientot!

Excellent stay!

We loved this property and will be back. It is clean, quiet and had everything we needed for a relaxing, restful stay. 5 minute drive to a large grocery store and a walk down the beach to many great restaurants. Host was excellent and responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.

Wonderful property and people!

Everything was exactly as shared by the hosts. Very clean and a perfect setup for two people. We loved it!Pool and beach were just steps away and both were fantastic. Beach is very clean with powder white sand and the ocean water was a perfect temperature. Many wonderful restaurants and beach bars are accessible via a leisurely walk down the beach. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure you are well taken care of and your stay is enjoyable. We highly recommend this property!

Great stay and location

A beautiful place and location. A short walk down the beach to great restaurants and bars. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The only complaint was from my wife who was using bug spray and got a few mosquito bites. I wore no bug spray and no shirt with no mosquito bites. I would stay again! .

Amazing rental!

The entire experience was amazing! The hosts went out of their way to insure that our stay was wonderful. Great place to stay with the best view!

Wonderful place to stay with the best view. The host Christian is wonderful and greets you the minute you show up and shows and tells you what you need to know. He communicates with you during your entire stay. Need something, have a question, text Christian and he responds promptly. Also, we rented a car and I highly recommend it.

Absolument magnifique

Dès les premiers instants, nous savions que l'endroit serait magnifique. Christian nous a fait un excellent résumé à notre arrivée et a été très accueillant, et toujours disponible. Le studio est de taille parfaite pour un couple et il ne manque de rien. La vue du balcon est juste WOW ! Nous avons apprécié que la piscine était à 2 minutes de marche et la mer à 3 minutes ! L'emplacement était parfait, nous étions à 15 minutes du Village d'Orient Bay, de Grand Case et de l'Anse Marcel. Ce sont nos plus belles vacances dans les îles à date. Merci Christian.

When you rent with Chantal and Christian, you are not customer but you become part of their family. They make sure that we will have a best time in St Maarten. They helped us with the rental car, they booked a restaurant for us, they suggested us the best places to visit and go shopping. They were both available for us at anytime. Exactly as described

This was our first time in St. Martin. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The pool and beach are just steps away. Lovely stay

Property was just as shown in listing and just as beautiful. Christian (owner) met us and took us to apartment, spending time to show us how to run everything and telling us good places to eat and shop. He lives near by and checked on us with emails to see if we needed anything. Very pleased!

Just Amazing

Immediately comfortable and at home in this apartment with less than a 1 minute walk to aquamarine waters of Orient Bay. The location of the place was perfect, steps away from white sand. If you are looking for a place with a welcoming local feel, near by cafes, restaurants and groceries this is your place to stay. Oreint Bay MT Vernon Rental Property

This unit has a nice view looking down Orient Bay. The region is still recovering and rebuilding from the 2017 Hurricane. My wife and I enjoyed the condo/ view and location. We would definitely go back and rent again. Chantel was nice and helpful as the property manager.

Easy walk to the beach and down to Orient Bay. Unit was in great shape, excellent view and exactly as advertised. All people encountered on the property were extremely nice and welcoming. Overall property was still recovering from Hurricane Irma but that was expected. Once construction is completed, this would be a perfect destination when headed for Orient Bay. Definitely would return for another stay to this unit.

Stunning View

The Host was very friendly, and extremely fast in responding to correspondence. The view is wonderful, and the unit has been well renovated in the recent past. As noted with other reviews, the area around still needs much repair from the storm. There are great beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for use on the beach, which were great to have. Only cons was the lack of a dishwasher (Not a problem if you don't cook), the the AC system was not the strongest.
