  • Beautiful Private Villa with full kitchen, air conditioning, large living & dining room, 3 bedroom/3 bath, with pool and hot tub located in the Parc de la Baie Orientale gated community, near Esmeralda Resort in French St. Martin. Property is only a 1/4-mile walk from Orient Beach, widely known as the 'Riviera of the Caribbean'. Only a 5-minute drive to Grand Case, the dining capital of St. Martin, and equidistant from the towns of Marigot and Philipsburg. Broadband Internet, television and washing machine on site. The villa has a caretaker, maid and a property manager. Manager is also on call during your stay.
