Welcome home in our spacious unit in the famous residence Mont Vernon ! *2 separated spaces : one night space with super king size bed, wardrobe and one living room with convertible sofa, table and chairs and the kitchen. *Balcony with view of the pond and hills * Garden furnitures water cistern (in case of water cut) *A/C *WIFI *Kitchen : oven, microwave, coffee machine *Bathroom with a shower, toilets and a washing machine *Car park space Direct acces to orient Bay beach and swimming pool

Currently, Saint Martin is experiencing water production issues that result in occasional water cuts. To avoid any inconvenience, we've installed a water tank to ensure a continuous water supply during these interruptions.

In the heart of the Mont Vernon hotel, our spacious, lovely and fully air conditioned studio with WIFI, the Green Lagoon, can accommodate up to 4 people with these 2 separate spaces. A bedroom area is equipped with a super king size bed (200cm X 200cm), a cupboard with shelves and wardrobe in which a safe is available. This sleeping area is separated by a half partition from a living room with a couch sofa, a table and chairs for dinner and a TV. You can enjoy aperitive on the terrace with a view of the pond and hills. You will also find a water tank there in case of island water cuts. The kitchenette is equipped with a pod coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a microwave oven, a small grill oven and a toaster. A washing machine is in the bathroom, where toilets and the shower are also located. The residence is famous because of its magnificent renovated swimming pool, double basin but above all because it benefits from privileged access to the beginning of the large and beautiful beach of Orient Bay, on which morning walks will delight walkers and for more athletic, they can join the watersports to indulge in kite surfing or other water sports. In the residence, there is a grocery open 7 days a week. The Hope Estate shopping area with a larger supermarket is a 5 minute drive away. The location is ideal because it is central enough to discover St Martin: Anse Marcel and Grand Case about ten minutes by car, Philipsburg is about twenty minutes away. You will be welcomed by a member of the CAP SXM team, concierge, taking care of its guests.

Quelques améliorations ne feraient pas de tort...

La cuisine aurait grandement besoin de rénovation et la literie devrait être renouvelée, en particulier les oreillers. La pièce principale manque d'éclairage en soirée. La douche moderne était très appréciée ainsi que les accessoires supplémentaires (chaises pliantes et parasol pour la plage, chariot pliant portatif pour épicerie).
