"Needs water fountain"

"Nice hotel near the airport"

"Staff was helpful, a shuttle was offered to and from the hotel and included complimentary breakfast. Restaurants, mall and plaza within walking distance and about 20 minutes to the heart of downtown Boston. Hotel was clean. The hotel was sold out the night before I stayed so early check in would have been a $75 charge. However, still let me in at 1pm instead of 3pm which was convenient."

"I loved the service! I had to turn in my rental car and they came and picked me up and took me back to the hotel. They carried my luggage to the room. EXCELLENT SERVICE! They also loaded our luggage and took us to the airport the next morning! The room was spotless with a beautiful view of the city! I will definitely stay there again if I’m ever in the area! Made the hard parts of my trip very enjoyable!"

"Cheap"

"The room we were in had no electricity to the overhead and stove , the right window was broke, the cleaning staff, well they weren’t much around plus you couldn’t speak to them cause I speak a thee English. We had to call down for toilet paper and wash clothes. Now the front staff especially Lauren was outstanding"

"Clean rooms. Convenient location for airport access. Shuttle service was great."

"Bel accueil"

"Clean and spacious rooms. Decent Breakfast with lots of food options"

"Pros- staff was friendly, breakfast was good Cons- Hotel room was not clean. Shower clearly had not been cleaned, and there was hair in it. Hotel needs updates. Ceiling was bubbling up, mold was present. Toilet paper holder falling off the wall. If you like to get a good night sleep this hotel is not for you. Bed was terrible! Also you can hear every plane and train going by. The train makes noise every hour. Woke up out of my sleep. Would not stay here again"

"Restaurant on site serves really good lobster roll and clam chowder; if you get the room on high floors with city view, you get an awesome view of Boston skyline and great way to enjoy sunset colors"

"El lugar se confundió dándome agitaciones que ya estaban ocupadas y fue la peor experiencia de mi vida tres veces tres habitaciones y ni una disculpa me pidieron así que me fui y cánsele la estancia"

"Absolutely loved our stay. Good places to eat around and shop. Will def stay here again."
