"Everything went great the hotel is out favorite hotel in Oujda, is the only one that you can feel like home staff is always professional and very friendly receiving you at the check in to the check out , Aya at the reception desk she is always treat us with respect and great us with a big smile, sabbath is always nice and welcoming in general all staff and administrators are the best in all hotels we had ever stayed at. Keep being like this and we will coming back . "

"The staff, accommodations, settings, cleanliness and communal restaurant continue to be a plus consistently as we stayed in 2013, 2014, 2022 and 2023. At times overcrowding was an issue. This last stay was marred by unacceptable construction noise on bloc 2, story 2. I had to speak to workers and at the desk that not even informing guests of this more than hour long din was just checked unacceptable. "

"Clean spacious rooms. All staff are thoughtful and helpful. The pool area is always clean and the breakfast is always great. The common areas encourage gathering and are comfortable and fun (foosball!)."

"Customer service needs work. They seem to have an idea of what 5 stars looks like, but can't seem to execute it. Things were missing from the room (towels, hair dryer) and it took hours to get them. In 3 days our room was never cleaned, though we requested it several times and were assured "right away". No mini bar, no coffee maker or kettle. We moved to a different hotel for the remainder of our stay, and it ended up being cheaper and better."

"Be live collection is the best all inclusive hotel in Saidia , as soon as you enter in the building you feel like home, all staff are always ready to welcome the hotel guests with a big smile and always willing to help. Everything is perfect there, the service, entertainment they are amazing very active group of dancers, the hotel also offers others entertainment and shows, food is top quality, a lot of choices and well prepared. It is my third year coming to this hotel and I will keep coming back…the hotel director is a very responsible boss and is always on top of every matter around the hotel, keep it up wonderful team…"
