"We enjoyed our stay but it would have been even better if our 5th guest could have made it. Unfortunately she suffered a broken shoulder and wasn't able to travel. We felt that at the front of the property, an awning should be installed, as in the morning, you couldn't sit out because the sun was blazing on you. All in all it was an enjoyable holiday however! villamartin was just a bit to quiet for us. It's more like a residential town than a resort."

"Lovely house with great facilities in a fantastic location. There was a little hair in the upstairs shower and the kettle tripped the electricity but no real issues. The property manager was very helpful and communicated with us regularly but the VRBO chat only worked occasionally on my phone while we were there and so I was not always able to reply."

"We had a lovely stay in the apartment. The roof terrace is fantastic with great views of the sea. You don’t need to hire a car. The large Mercadona Supermarket is a 2 minute walk away. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk and there are beach chairs on a trolley that you can take with you. The commercial centre is about 5 minutes walk where you will find lovely restaurants. La Zenia Boulevard is about 10 minute walk. A great stay and would recommend this apartment."

"The inside of the property was absolutely fine and very well-equipped, especially in the kitchen, but the outside furniture needs to be replaced.It was clean and comfortable and within walking distance of shops, bars etc. We couldn't open the security gate at the patio doors which meant we didn't have direct access to the back garden, but luckily the front door was close enough and there was still privacy."
