The apartment features 3 stylish bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds and 2 bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a bathtub. Your private, fully equipped kitchen includes a combination oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine (including capsules), citrus press, paella pan, and all necessary kitchen utensils. Furthermore, you will find air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV with Chromecast, Bluetooth music system, washing machine, baby bed and high chair. A hairdryer, cotton pads, shower gel, and shampoo are also provided.



The spacious terrace offers views of the pool and landscaped gardens, with both covered and open areas. There is a balcony with a lounge set and a dining table for 6 people. The shared outdoor pool features a children's pool and whirlpool, surrounded by parasols and secured for extra safety. An outdoor shower is available.



You can park directly at the door or at the private parking next to the building. Pets and smoking are not allowed, nor are parties or events. Beach towels are provided. For extra relaxation, there is a shared playground, pétanque court, and putting green.

The area is surrounded by citrus trees and secured 24 hours a day. The beaches of Orihuela Costa are 15 km away and Alicante airport can be reached in 40 minutes. Quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m. Electricity consumption is included up to a set daily limit.
