We had a lovely stay here. Excellent position for restaurants and bars. We were permitted to stay on after normal check out. Whixh was very much appreciated as we had a late flight home.

Great central location. Apartment well equipped as described. Biggest disappointment being no sun on the balcony. Great for a short winter break when the sun is not as much of a priority

Cela fait plusieurs fois que je loue cet appartement et ce pour plusieurs raisons. Il est bien situé, les commerces, sont à proximités et les restaurants aussi. Le seul problème de cet appartement c'est qu'il est au nord et donc pas de soleil pour faire sécher le linge. Sans doute un avantage en été

Apartamento muy bueno , se ve la piscina desde el balcón , tiene sillas de playa y sombrillas para poder usar , juguetes para niños pequeños , mis hijas estuvieron encantadas , buena zona , tienes justo enfrente un lidel, chino, burguer King , bar.... Playa muy limpias y tranquilas

Entrance was easy with a lock box. Apartment has a good layout. The view to the pool is nice. Parking is very safe inside walls. Kitchen is ok, but little room for food. The frying pans were in bad condition. All the hinges and locks need service. Bathroom locks did not work. Hinges made noises. Apartment was in a good place for us.

Très bel appartement, où il ne manque rien. Dommage que l'environnement immédiat soit beaucoup de béton. Heureusement il y a un joli jardin avec piscine dans la propriété. Après à 5 mn en voiture vous avez playa flamenca, qui est sympa.

nous avons déjà loué cette propriété plusieurs fois car elle est bien située, et bien équipée. Cet année le temps n'a pas été au beau fixe toujours mais nous avons tout de même pu profiter de ce séjour. Je dois remercié Martin, qui est le correspondant local pour avoir su rapidement remettre en état les petits problèmes que nous avons rencontré.

Alles wie beschrieben und toll. Einzig die Bettwäsche war nicht gereinigt, aber da es eine Waschmaschine gab, konnten wir auch das schnell regeln. Für den Preis war es völlig ok.

Hemos estado 5 de los 7 días sin que funcione el aire acondicionado y sin que el responsable del apartamento pase a verificarlo, una vergüenza cuando la temperatura exterior era de 35º. El interior del apartamento parecía un horno. El anuncio dice que tiene barbacoa y lo que tiene es una plancha eléctrica, que no es ni parecido a una barbacoa. Y lo más grave de todo. Tiene cucarachas!!! Por cierto, si no hablas inglés no tendrás manera de entenderte con el dueño o la persona que está a cargo del apartamento. We have been 5 of the 7 days without the air conditioning working and without the person in charge of the flat to check it, a shame when the outside temperature was 35º. The inside of the flat looked like an oven. The advertisement says that it has a barbecue and what it has is an electric grill, which is not even close to a barbecue. And the worst of all. It has cockroaches!!! By the way, if you don't speak English you will have no way of understanding the owner or the person in charge of the flat.
