Summary:
Two bedroom apartment in lively urbanisation of La Florida, just around the corner from the Emerald Isle.
This lovely property is located on the first floor, It has 2 bedrooms and bathroom and a recently refurbished Kitchen. Emerald Isle is a 1 minute walks away with bar, restaurant, entertainment facilities and access to a pool.All you need for a quick getaway in the sunshine this summer.For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.

The Space:
You enter the property from the street into a tiled garden and stairs up to the terrace at the front of the apartment.
The entrance leads into a lounge/dining room area furnished with sofa, Spanish and English TV, and dining room table with four chairs, towards the end of the lounge is a large American style kitchen equipped with oven, washing machine etc. From the kitchen there is an external door that leads to a lovely roof terrace equipped with a BBQ and furniture to enjoy the sunshine.
This property has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin single beds. There is a newly refurbished bathroom with walk in shower.
There is air conditioning in the lounge and ceiling fans in the bedroom and Free Wi-Fi throughout.

The Neighborhood:
Emerald Isle is a 1 minute walks away with bar, restaurant, entertainment facilities and access to a pool.
There is one of the largest shopping malls in Europe a 10 minute walk away - Zenia Boulevard . Where there are shops, bars & restaurants, bowling alley, casino and supermarket.
In Torrevieja, there is a lovely promenade to walk along with bars and restaurants, night market in summer season and water park. There is also a cinema with both Spanish and English films, close by to a bowling alley.
There are many different beaches within a 10 minute drive to enjoy the Spanish sunshine and ample golf courses too.

Getting Around:
There are local buses which travel around the Orihuela Costa.
In addition there is a bus which travels between Cartagena and Alicante. Stopping at Torrevieja.

For those with a car, explore the Spanish villages close by and enjoy a drink in the plazas.

Good apartment

Good enough property but electricity kept cutting off when trying to cook. Issue with the Aircon leaking water on entrance steps but was sorted quickly by owners. Location good for entertainment. Would stay again.
