Pros: Had a fantastic stay here. The town house is close to a lovely beach and many restaurants. Amazing facilities, BBQ on one of the terraces, WiFi, Cable Tv, Ipod speaker dock and DVD player. Loved the pool - you don't have to walk anywhere to get to it, so convenient! Very nicely decorated and we really felt at home and relaxed the moment we arrived.

Pros: We had a fantastic restful break. Everything you needed was there even down to a shopping trolley for all that heavy stuff (we didn't have a car). The location was great shops and bars/restaurants all within easy walking distance.

Pros: We missed a nice square with restaurants close by however there were a lot of restaurants along the N332. 10 minutes walk to the beach and two nice pools in the living area.

Pros: Having been to this lovely townhouse for the third time we have yet again had a great holiday . Excellent booking process with no problems . Great restaurants and bars close by . Beautiful safe complex with a great pool . Would highly recommend and have already booked for next year !

Pros: We stayed in this lovely house and enjoyed our stay. The shops,restaurants and beach were only a few minutes walk. There was everything you would need in the house and the internet was a great bonus. The garden was great to relax in. Pros: We stayed in Paul's house for a week during Easter, the booking process was extremely effecient and Paul was very quick to respond to any questions. The house was as described and comfortable. The only downside was the weather but we had a very relaxing time. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.

Pros: We spent a month in the townhouse, had a great time as everything right on your doorstep. The accommodation itself is very spacious & in a great position with gardens all round. Lovely place to stay but we feel the property could benefit from having a new bathroom as the shower is still the original one over the bath which has seen its better days...

Pros: Townhouse is ideal for families with children. Quiet place with wonderful pool and relaxing surroundings but not far from main street with shops and bars. We explored great sandy beaches and surrounding towns by car. In this holiday townhouse we found everything we needed, even maps for tourist visited cities. Great terrace and balcony for romantic evenings and breakfasts. Overall a wonderful place for spanish sun, beaches and relaxation.

Pros: I was very happy to stay in Paul s house very cosy lovely urbanisation right location in walking distance from all shops,bars,beaches people very friendly all English, loved it would recommend it to everyone .thankyou Paul for arranging my transfers with Kevin he was a star very helpful and a lovely man .

Pros: We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay in Cabo Roig, our accommodation exceeded our expectations and more, the property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, pool was fantastic (very clean and never too busy), only a short walk to the main Cabo Roig strip and beach (@10mins) .. Booking with Paul was couldn't have been easier and was always speedy in replying to any questions/queries that we had prior to our trip, plus the addition of a meet and greet from Carole was a nice touch too.

Pros: This is a comfortable and very well equipped townhouse set in beautiful surroundings and an amazing communal pool. It is situated just a 5 minute walk from fantastic restaurants and bars and just a 6 minute walk to the beach. It is a gated property which leaves you feeling safe and secure. I would recommend this townhouse and we will be sure to make a return trip.

Pros: This place was perfect for my wife, son and I who all love golf. We chose the area Cabo Roig as we have previous positive experiences of the area. Apart from golf the weather and area was ideal for swimming at the nearby beach - even in early November! We will most certainly return.

Pros: Its a good starting point to see the area. Its also a safe and quiet building, and a beautiful apartment with all you need.With a lovely garden and pole. Which invites for a good holiday. It was our second stay in the house. Highly recommended
