Only 400m from the sea! 🌊🌴Popular beaches of playa Punta Prima and Playa Flamenca on foot 15 min Spacious terrace with a view of the swimming pool, palm trees and the sea!!!🌊🌅🌴🏝️🏊‍♂️🏡 40 km from the airport in Alicante, easy communication from the airport (bus, we help with transfer, car rental without unnecessary formalities). 🛍️ Quiet neighborhood even in the middle of the season. 4 swimming pools, relaxation and sunbathing area.
Our apartment provides two bedrooms each with its own private bathroom, a spacious living room with a large kitchen and access to the terrace overlooking the swimming pool, palm trees and the sea. Central air conditioning with access to every room, fully equipped kitchen, beach accessories. In the area there are shops, supermarkets such as Lidl, Super COR, and restaurants, bars and pubs, with live music and a DJ, with a view of the sea and in the open air.
🛏️ **Interior:** Two bedrooms with double beds and spacious wardrobes, a living room with a fold-out corner sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with direct entrance from each bedroom.
