Welcome to this villa with private pool on the border of the enchanting Vistabella Golf.

This villa offers everything for a fantastic holiday for a family of up to 6 people.
You will find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, fitted wardrobes, beautiful furniture, bedrooms and bathrooms with all the necessary linen, air conditioning and blinds.

In this villa you will enjoy privacy, even in the large outdoor area. The enclosed private garden
has a terrace, swimming pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers and private parking. On the roof terrace you will enjoy beautiful views.
As the villa is located in a new residential area, there is currently no internet, but there is mobile data.

Besides the golf course, Vistabella Golf has modern facilities such as a clubhouse with outdoor bar, a supermarket and restaurants where you can enjoy local and international dishes.

The surrounding area offers a range of sports and leisure facilities, including tennis and padel courts, and various hiking and cycling trails.
And all this in the healthiest climate in the world thanks to its proximity to the salt lakes, the Mediterranean Sea and of course: the sun.

Enjoy peace and nature here or head to the nearby coast with fine sandy beaches, rocky coves and plenty of water sports and beach facilities.
