Ant problem
Stayed for a week in August with our baby daughter. We had a late arrival, and we were grateful to the young man who checked us in, even offering us water, tea, and coffee. We did request a baby cot and high chair for an additional fee, which was acceptable. However, the ant problem was overwhelming. With a toddler, inevitable food crumbs attracted ants within moments. The couch was teeming with them, making it impossible to use. In a spare bathroom, the ants formed a trail from the trash bin, up the wall, across the shower, and out a crack. The magnitude was so shocking that I documented it with photos and videos. We tried ant traps, but to no avail, and we couldn’t use chemicals due to our baby. I urge you to address this ant issue. It severely impacted our stay.

Great location and within 10 minutes walk from some nice restaurants. Villa Martin plaza seems by car much further than you think but walking along the cancel bank it is around 25 minutes at a slow pace. Apartment has everything needed and is clean and spacious. On a personal note it does seem to have too much furniture inside and a little mix of things but that is just personal taste. Sharon was great and noticed straight away that there were no sun lounges, she delivered them asap. Plenty of areas to sit outside on your patio both shaded and in the sun Beds comfortable for us. Pool is a very short walk away and was quiet and relaxing. A lot of times we were the only ones using it, although it was mid September. Car definitely required and found some lovely beaches with 15minutes drive. Great time

Quet, convenient location.
The property is well-equipped and comfortable. The shared pool is just a few minutes walk from the property and local shops/restaurants five minutes walk. A hire car is needed if you want to go to the beaches or visit Villamartin, San Miguel etc.

Stayed with my wife and two kids an found the property larger than expected it’s clean and comfortable with the furnishings much nicer than you usually find in a rental spent most of the time there out on the terrace nice tranquil spot to chill in the sun, close enough to a large selection of bars, restaurants an cafes even a choice of supermarkets within walking distance pool is just a couple mins walk away, Sharon is very helpful an can point you in the right direction of anything you need

Decent sized property with plenty of outdoor space.
We have stayed in Los Dolses many times and in four different properties. This was our second favourite. It included all the facilities we wanted with enough space for four adults.There was a nice communal pool just a few minutes walk away. There are some shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance but to use the local beaches and see local places of interest then a hire car is needed. There were a few issues on arrival (e.g. WiFi/TV not working and light bulbs needed replacing) but they were quickly and efficiently dealt with by Sharon from the management team. We had an enjoyable holiday and may return in future.

Een oase van rust in de buurt van drukte en vertier
Echt een geweldige bungalow in een mooie, rustige buurt. Je kunt prachtig wandelen langs de rivier. Als je de auto pakt, zit je zo in op het strand of bij restaurantjes. Vooral het terras aan de bungalow is fijn, met grote bbq. Fijn groot gedeeld zwembad, heel relaxed allemaal. De bedden waren een beetje harden ook de schoonmaak kan iets beter. Maar ik zou het opnieuw boeken. De 2 kleine minpuntjes wegen niet zwaar.

En general todo estuvo correcto, lo único destacable para mejorar la experiencia es que el apartamento tenía hormigas, por los muebles, la cama, el suelo....nosotros compramos trampas para hormigas y utilizamos aerosoles para evitar que salieran en exceso y funcionó....esto mismo hubiera sido necesario que lo hubieran hecho antes de nuestra visita....por lo demás todo bien.

Trop d'inconfort
Appartement maison en soit et son emplacement bien situé mais trop de points negatifs gâchent l'ensemble. Infectés de fourmis et vraiment partout y compris dans les lits et les sofas. La piscine trop éloignée, même pas une serviette pour essuyer la vaisselle, manque flagrant de vaisselle, même pas un saladier pour faire une grande salade d'été, couteaux qui ne coupent pas, salon extérieur dans un piteux état même pas utilisable. Bref les photos ne sont pas le reflet réel de l'appartement et c'est dommage car il y a du potentiel
