Alors attention il vous faudra prévoir les frais de ménage (qui n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce, surprise après réservation) et régler la facture d’électricité. Ce qui change le tarif et le rends beaucoup moins compétitif. L’appartement est éloigné des commodités (restaurant, magasins...) et de la plage (prévoir 15 min en voiture pour la plus proche). The property was not the entire house as Enso lives upstairs and it did not seem so private as I was hoping based on the description of the property. But the downstairs unit and the location were worth the trip from Cagliari."

"Sono stata con mio marito due settimane, appartamento molto comodo e silenzioso al primo piano di una palazzina con parcheggio privato a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico molto caratteristico dove ci sono ristoranti, pizzerie,gelaterie,negozi ecc. A 5 minuti a piedi ci sono anche 2 supermercati prima di entrare nel centro storico.La proprietaria Katia gentilissima e disponibile."

Lavatrice sporca.Struttura accessibile ai fumatori, ma non sono protetti i non fumatori! Considerando il costo giornaliero si potrebbe offrire qualcosa di più circa qualità delle vettovaglie."
