Pésima atención en el área de recepción, la reservación se hizo con 7 meses de anticipación y nunca se recibió respuesta de su parte para información de la cena de fin de año. Las instalaciones con plaga de hormigas ya 1 habitación chinches, no se tenía control de los huéspedes demasiado ruido. No se dio un reglamento o política del hotel. No estaba a la vista los servicios que prestaba el hotel.

El personal de recepcion nos asignó una habitacion que fue cambiada debido a que me informaron que ese piso o seccion no era pet friendly y me percaté que sí habia perros en ese piso. Al cambiarnos de habitacion, nos dieron una que se encuentraba muy mal estado, con fuga en el baño inodoro, paredes sucias, el piso con cabellos, en sí, no aseada.

La habitación no tenía suficientes complementos, éramos 3 personas en habitación doble y el shampoo, papel higiénico, jabón de baño todos estaban casi por terminarse. No tenía secadora a pesar de que lo incluía (fuimos 3 mujeres, así q se imaginarán que si la necesitábamos) Los botones fueron amables y muy serviciales, los de recepción necesitan ser más amables y atentos. Fue mi segunda estancia y la verdad ya no regresaría. Pues el check in era a las 3pm llegamos 3:30 y aún así me pidieron media hora pues las habitaciones no estaban listas y luego me la dan a medio surtir. Ni lo que cobraron. Mal servicio.

La habitación que se nos asignó estaba con el baño sucio y además tenía una fuga en el baño, les comentamos que nos cambiaran de habitación lo cual fue un rotundo no, por falta de habitaciones, dijeron que le pondrían sellador alrededor de la taza, en general la sensación del hotel es que les falta mantenimiento, y la atención no es buena, si no de, no se puede y no se puede, les recomiendo piensen bien antes de hospedarse ahí

El hotel es lindo , buena relación calidad-precio, ubicación perfecta. Atención del personal muy muy buena. Solo le pongo 4 porque las habitaciones no aíslan ruido, los vecinos hasta la 1:am haciendo muchísimo ruido y todo se escuchaba. Buenas noches Les hace mucha falta tener cursos de cómo tratar al huésped así como las habitaciones les hace falta muchísimo por mejorar las estrellas q tiene como hotel les hace falta muchísimo y lo peor es el estacionamiento teniendo lugar no puede uno guardar su carro porque ya está apartado y uno tiene q dejar su carro afuera sobre la avenida.
