Our spacious family villa features 3500 square feet of luxury living space with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which can accommodate 16 comfortably. Our South facing screened in swimming pool with hot tub and a covered patio area is perfect to watch the sunset, watch your favorite television program or listen to your favorite song on our Sonos music system. You can BBQ on our gas grill while watching the kids swim in the pool! Our private villa is one of the largest corner lots located in the Reserve section of Windsor Hills, a gated resort. Windsor Hills resort offers a lagoon style pool with a New Large water park and hot tub. They also have game room, fitness center, movie theater, convenience shop, basketball courts, sand volleyball court, 3 themed playgrounds, Putting Green, Pickle ball and Tennis Courts. This is all included at no charge with the rental of the villa.

Our villa is located 5 minutes from Walt Disney Theme Parks and minutes from Sea World, Universal Studios, Legoland, golf and many other popular Florida attractions. Please see our complete video tour in the (Owner info) section above on this page.
Our property has outdoor security cameras for our protection all well as our guests. We do not have any security cameras inside the home or the pool/spa/patio area for your privacy and by law.

Was easy to get to all of the parks, neighborhood was nice and quiet and community pool and slides made for a great rest day! Private pool and hot tub were great for relaxing, and there was lots of space for our 12 person family.

We stayed here for 8 days. The place was as described, clean, and located close to Disney. Our party consisted of two families - 4 adults and 5 children. Plenty of space for everyone. Christie, the host, was very responsive and very accommodating. We will definitely consider this place again for our future Orlando visits.

Windsor hills is well maintained, peaceful and secure community. The gate is manned by security guards and accessed by a scan-able pass and we had no issues entering or leaving the community and had a very short wait ( < 5 minutes) the night we checked in. We chose Windsor hills over the newer more modern communities because of its reputation and location and were not disappointed.

This home is so spacious and our family of 10 had plenty of room with 2 dining areas, the family room and living room and the wonderful pool area. All appliances were in excellent condition including the washer/dryer which is a big plus for this group! The location is perfect for the Disney parks and the owner is quick to respond to all questions. We had a great vacation at this home!

We stayed with 6 adults and 5 children and all were very comfortable. Lots of bedrooms and beds for everyone to sleep and have their own space. Kids loved the games room and the pool. I would recommend to pay the extra to heat the pool as the hot tub was so nice after long days at Disney! Absolutely beautiful place and location. Loved sitting by the pool in the morning and then heading down to the big pool and water park. Very short drive to all the local attractions, I would recommend this place to anyone!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home. It is located near everything and easy to get around. The home was clean and had everything we needed. My only criticism is the checkout time is a little early. We had to get up at 6 am to wash all the towels and get everything back into place so we could be out by 9 am.

Once you have mastered entry into the estate it’s not too bad but sometimes can take 5-10 mins to get in. House is nice a large as is the pool deck. The house feels a little tired in places, but good enough for a vacation. The pool chairs could do with a good clean as they are quite smelly which transfers to your towels. All in all a great base for vacation.

We were three families wanting to do Disney without staying on property. We had heard great things about this location and after reading good reviews booked this home. We’ve done a few rentals before and had some worries regarding supplies and cleanliness, but we were very happy with our stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The home is exactly like the photos and is actually fully equipped for what you may need. Far more than any other property we’ve visited. It really helped make our stay less stressful and more enjoyable. They had instructions for everything and wifi worked like a charm. We travelled during a heat wave but the home was nice and cool after long park days. We would definitely book here again and highly recommend Windsor Hills for the ease of access to Disney parks. All were within 15 minutes of the home. We hope to visit again soon. Thanks for the memories!!!

We had a wondeeful time building memories in this home. My daughter got married om cocoa beach. House was very clean. Checkin was muvh easier than expected We had 7 adults anc 6 children. This house accommodated this large group. Owner was very easy to deal with very patient with all my questions. I would never rent a hotel again. This is truly the only way to go. So nice having your own pool and hottub The game room was a huge hit with kids and adults alike..

This house has a fully loaded kitchen. Everything you need is on hand for you. It was very clean and spacious. Communication with the owners was great. Having a home phone to make local and long distance calls was amazing. The grandkids loved having a pool in the yard as well as the water park in the gated community. Daily garbage pickup was helpful with 11 people in the house, we created a small kitchen bag every day. The house is located close to Disney which is amazing when you are tired at the end of your day. It’s a short drive back to the house!!

Our purpose for this vacation was to visit Disney World and Universal Studios with our children and grand children. This home met all the needs for 10 people. The home was clean and immaculate. The home was within 15 - 20 minutes away from all the parks which was perfect for us. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the community club. The house had all the amenities that any family could ask for. The host was a pleasant person and wonderful to deal with. I only communicated with her via email and text and she was very helpful and accommodating. As a result, our family had the perfect vacation that they will never forget. I have stayed at several VRBO properties in the past and this is one of my favorite. This property is even better than it appears in the listing. The house was perfect for the entire family of 11 to have their own space. The game room was great for the children to be occupied in the evenings and rainy day. The cribs, high chairs, and baby gate we very helpful since we were traveling with 2 boys under the age of 3. The furnishings are very nice, clean, and well maintained. The owners are very accessible, friendly, and helpful. They were quick to respond to any questions or issues we had during our stay. If you're looking for a very nice place to stay that is very close to Disney while in Orlando, this is the place for you.

We stayed here with a group of friends during the Disney World 2023 Marathon Weekend. We usually stay on property at the resort but with so many of us running together (including some of the kids) we thought it would be easier and more fun to stay together. It was the best decision we could have made. Our kids had a blast swimming in the pool and the adults had a great time being able to stay up and talk to each other. The hot tub was a must have after running several races and the layout of the house made it easy to find a quiet room to nap. The property owner was so nice and dealt with all of my questions kindly and patiently and was just a great person to deal with. She definitely took the stress out of a few situations. All in all I would rent this property again and would recommend it to anyone looking to relax as well as have fun.
