Nice house & good location
The downstairs queen bed was nice and soft just the way I like it. Overall the house was clean and good for our use. They do need some newer carpet throughout downstairs and the staircase itself as it is worn and has stains in spots. The downstairs bathroom by garage has a flooring I. Front of the sink that is rubbing off the paint on the bottom of the door. Bottom of garage door is also pulling and splitting and did not lock but did have a metal bar to deter thieves. First house in a long time that actually a car could be parked in. Great location. Quiet neighborhood but lots of cars on the street. Only one extra wash cloth in upstairs hallway. Several remotes were missing their back cover. The lamp in downstairs room is missing the knob to turn the light on

Flooring is disgusting and coming apart and pulling up in places.
