Listing was accurate, owner provided detailed instructions so expectations were clear and check-in was seamless. Private pool was heated and awesome to wind down in after the parks. Absolutely no issues and the parks were close. I highly recommend.

Scott, the homeowner, was very responsive to any questions we had, and the property management company quickly resolved a minor issue. This was our third stay in the area, and we love it—it’s the perfect spot for shopping, golf, and Disney. The house matched the description and photos exactly, so you can book with confidence. Nice property

We loved the big, open floorplan. The pool was nice for afternoon relaxing. The neighborhood was great for walking. The only reasons we didn’t give this five stars is the master bedroom bedding needs to be replaced, and the kitchen was lacking a few essentials (especially a pizza cutter!).

Great location!

Cozy little house, nice pool, decent set up. Really great communication and follow up. Definitely recommend renting. The only thing I would say is some softer pillows and upgraded beds would be a nice addition to a great property.

Great location!

My family of five had a great vacation in this vacation home. Pool in backyard, game room, and location close to Disney were great. Only overall comments were about the beds being uncomfortable and towels need to be replaced.

The house was convenient to Disney World, grocery, and dining. We were able to have comfortably 7 adults stay. The pool was refreshing after long days walking around. The neighborhood was extremely quiet which helped calm our minds after spending the day with crowds.

House is very nice, pool is a plus as grandson loved it. Location is wonderful. Communication with owner was great. Only reason I didn't give five stars is because: mattresses and pillows could have been better. And if you rent the home be prepared for the need to purchase items such as paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry soap, sugar and other basics as there are no extra available. Instructions upon leaving ask that you clean, but no cleaning solutions are provided.

Disney Family Vacation

My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks in February with various family members coming to visit. Plenty of room for all, layout of home is great. The best stocked kitchen I’ve stayed at so far!! Heated Pool out back was nice to come back to after a long day at parks. Although lounge chairs could use cushions. Amenities in the Community are an added bonus. The property manager was very responsive when a small issue came up. My only criticism would be the house could use some new paint and carpeting, it’s very dark inside. Overall a great stay!!

Cozy vacation home for our 3-day business trip - perfect layout -absolutely clean and well kept - well stocked kitchen and linens. Good communication with the owner. The clubhouse was a HUGE plus amongst a safe and manicured neighborhood. The staff at the clubhouse was so nice and welcoming. Will definitely keep this property in mind when staying in Orlando again. Thank you for caring for your home and your guests.

Perfect Week

My second time staying at this property, and not my last! Wonderfully furnished, very clean and updated. Everyone had a wonderful time. The pool was a perfect way to relax and unwind. The owner's communication was very prompt, which made things even easier. Would highly recommend!
