This fantastic townhouse is an ideal home-away-from-home for your next vacation! Located in the Regal Oak resort just behind Old Town and “Fun Spot” USA off Hwy 192 and I-4, this vacation house is a perfect place to relax and unwind. Our rental home is less than a minute walking distance from the pool.

The newly renovated resort amenities include a heated pool, a children's pool with slides, a bar, a restaurant, a convenient store, a fitness center, a tennis court, etc. All the amenities are available to you with no extra fee. Regal Oak Resort is also a gated community. Daily children activities are available at the resort building for free.
This townhouse is recently furnished with new mattresses, linens, 3 flat screen TVs, towels, all small appliances and pots and pans, etc.

This new 4 Bedroom / 3.5 bathroom two-story villa features:

Disney Bound

The property was located in the "Old Towne" which was within 10-25 minutes of all Disney parks. Excellent host but the property could use a little updating/decorating. I would stay here again in the future.

Orlando Stay

I have stayed at this property in the past and always look forward to staying here again. It's close to the Disney attractions and plenty of great places to eat. Will stay here again. Can't go wrong. Only thing missing for us was a blender so we could make smoothies.

Great place, would stay again!

I would highly recommend booking this property! There were 4 adults and 1 toddler staying for a week. The high chair was a must have for my rambunctious son. The townhouse was the perfect fit for all of us with the 2 master bedrooms. It was clean and in good condition and the owner was very responsive! The resort itself was nice, with a large pool that we used and a restaurant. We were surprised to find they had daily kids activities every day. My son loved the arts and crafts! It was about 10 minutes from Disney and we found it to be easy to get to. There are a ton of restaurants and amenities nearby. The whole time everyone complimented me on finding this place! Thanks for a great trip!

Good Location

This was a great find. I like the security of the building and location. We really did not get a chance to use pool but everything was clean. Owner was very nice and responded to us quickly. Next time we come down we will try to stay here again. 10 mins to Disney and traffic was not bad.

The condo was in good shape. The only thing is the beds were a little small for the guys. I think the biggest bed was a queen or king and all the rest were double and singles. Hard for 4 grown men to sleep in the smaller beds. Another queen in the downstairs bedroom would have been much better. The single beds are hard for a grown person to sleep in. The feet hang over the end.

Highly Recommend!

This home was a great place to stay! Quiet neighborhood, clean, spacious, and close to restaurants and convenience stores. It took us 15 minutes to get to Disney. The host is friendly and replied to e-mails very quickly. My family and I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place!

Plenty of room for family of 6. Great location to all Disney Parks. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by. Wonderful place to stay. Will reserve again next Kissimmee trip
