    Parking: Parking is free for our guests. However, A resort/amenity fee is collected at check-in. The fee is charged per vehicle.
    Available for short and extended stays!

    BBQ Grill: The BBQ grill is available for guests who would like to enjoy outdoor cooking. A $85 usage fee applies to cover propane, professional cleaning, and maintenance after each use. Please let us know if you’d like to use it during your stay, and we’ll be happy to have it ready for you.

    Parking is free there are plenty of parking spots available right by the home.

    There is a pet fee that is not included in the reservation total. If you plan to bring a pet, please feel free to ask.

Beautiful place! Felt like home. Very clean, felt safe, and family friendly resort. About 20 minutes from Disney parks and 30-40 minutes to Universal. Mariana was a great host! Would love to stay here again if we’re in the area!

What a great place to call home for a week. The condo was super clean and very comfortable. It was well equipped with anything we needed. Complex was quiet and offered many accommodations. Mariana our host was wonderful and very responsive.

Our hostess was wonderful. Any questions we had she answered quickly and completely. The home was beautiful, clean and relaxing. Beds comfortable. The screen in lanai with pool was perfect for relaxing. The community was so nice and a close drive to everything

The rental was perfect. Location was ideal, not so close to the parks but central enough to have easy access to plenty of food options. Traveled with 2 adults 2 children and toy poodle. The rental was exactly what we needed. Beds comfortable, everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had all the appliances, utensils, and cooking equipment needed to make meals at home. The community was very safe; there is a security gate which you get an access card upon check in. There are roving guards at night and security cameras around the community. We had an excellent experience with the property manager, very clear instructions and prompt response. We did not experience any issues during our stay. We will be happy to stay at this rental again in the future.

Enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable place. Kids enjoyed the pool. Property is equipped with all we needed. The only thing is that they don’t tell you in advance that you have to buy at the office a gate pass key which is only 25 per vehicle and it is not included in the listing.

The property was thoroughly cleaned. Upon arrival, the host immediately checked up on us to make sure everything was well. Explanation of all the rules and amenities was thorough and helpful. The host checked up on us frequently and answered questions in a timely manner. We had a great experience and would definitely book here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Mariana's place! The house was spotless and beautifully decorated, and we really appreciated all the details put into making us feel welcomed Each room was spacious with everything that was needed during our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool which was well kept and cleaned. Loved the equipped kitchen. Location was excellent for what we had planned during our stay. Was peaceful and quiet. Mariana was also very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this host and would definitely stay here again!

Love the corner lot which made the pool area feel very open, and the back yard had a thick tree line in the distance where we watched squirrels, birds, and ducks coming out to explore the yard! The pool area had some pool toys and plenty of furniture to sit on to enjoy being outside. The house had everything we needed, plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms, tv’s to relax at night, a tall kitchen table and chairs where we played card games at night, pool lights to sit outside at night, beds were comfortable, kitchen had all of the basics (we brought our own griddle for specific meals) and instructions for checkin and out were clear and received in a timely manner! I had questions on the Internet code and for the tv, and the host was prompt to respond to each inquiry! Also the info we received on the resort complex helped too and we enjoyed those amenities as well, the community pool was nice, kids enjoyed the smoothies from the Tiki bar, and the hot tub was nice. It was a very nice place to vacation!

This house exceeded our expectarions. The picture does not do it any justice. Pool was nice and clean, rooms were great and spacious. Neighborhood quiet, peaceful, secured. Walking distance from resort. House provided fishing poles, the boys loved it! Host is the BEST! Responses to messages very quickly. Very understanding. Will most definitely book again when we come back next summer!

Mariana is who I’m reviewing, and while there was absolutely nothing wrong with the property itself, her hosting deserves the real recognition. She went above and beyond in every way.First, she was incredibly accommodating with our travel schedule and adjusted times to help make everything easier for us. More importantly, one of the main reasons I chose this property was for the grill and pool. When we arrived and realized there was no grill, Mariana immediately stepped in with multiple options to make it right. Her communication throughout our entire stay was truly exceptional.As for the property itself, it was exactly as pictured — clean, quiet, and very well maintained. There were only four of us, so we didn’t even end up using two of the bedrooms. The entire resort was impressively kept up with constant landscaping, pool maintenance, painting, and overall upkeep, which really stood out to us.The only disappointment was that the tiki hut at the clubhouse was closed for the entire week. The weather also happened to be chilly during our stay, but thankfully the clubhouse pool was nicely heated.We also appreciated the gated security, especially since we’re not from Florida. Overall, this was an A hassle-free stay, and I would not hesitate to rent from Mariana again if we ever return to Orlando.

We got together as a family for my mother‘s 80th birthday. The accommodations were very clean. The development had plenty of parking which was very convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The owner was very responsive. I would stay here again.
