4BR, 3BA corner house overlooking the lake

Summary:
A newly remodeled 4 bedroom 3 bath town home with two king bedrooms and located next to a lake in a 24/7 gated vacation resort.

The Space:
Venetian Bay Villages is a gated resort community featuring a clubhouse with an arcade and pool table, fitness center and a hot tub. The community pool overlooks a private lake. Other features include a sand volleyball court, tennis and basketball courts and 3 ponds for catch and release fishing as well as 4 pools, playgrounds and 4 picnic areas.

Our newly remodeled town home is located around the corner from the clubhouse and resort amenities and just next to the lake dock.

On the ground level you will find a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the dining and living room area as well as an en-suite master king bedroom that offers a nice view of the lake.

Kid free getaway!
Check in was smooth and the gate security Mr. D. Morales was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, and about 30 mins from the airport/parks. Very close to many shopping centers and grocery stores. The property could def use a deep clean, and the door handle at the front door needs repair. There was a delay in our departure flight due to a mechanical issue. I began to panic because of the inconvenience this would cause. I soon felt at ease when we were given permission to stay the remainder of the day, if needed. That was greatly appreciated and I couldn't thank them enough. We would def return to this property, and look forward to it.

The house was in a great location, very clean & easy access to all parks and attractionsā€¦ we visited for my daughters 4th birthday & she loved the house & the pondā€¦ seeing ducks & lizards everyday made her dayā€¦ will definitely book again!

The beds are not comfortable
This vrbo provided a roof over our headā€¦. That was good, because that is all we needed for our Disney trip. BUT my number one thing I look for at night is a nice bed to come back to and go to sleep on after a long day, and we did not get that. The comfortability of the bed was awful. Iā€™m not sure If I have ever slept on a bed that uncomfortable before. I laid my head on the pillow and instantly switched them out for the pillows in the closet hoping they were a tad better. They werenā€™t. I wanted to go somewhere to buy pillowcases but that never happened so I opted to use my blanket that I brought with me over my pillow. My in laws and husband said the same thing. The bed was not comfortable at all. Overall the vrbo had nice rooms and my kids loved the bunk beds. We did have a couple problems through the stay. Like a tv was missing from a room and the property manager was quick to get it taken care of, the washing machine did keep giving an error message, but we eventually got it running. It was difficult. The rugs in the bathroom are curling up and they almost tripped my handicap in laws several times. The check out process was very easy. We had long days so we werenā€™t really in the vrbo for long periods of time so we didnā€™t get to use the pool or any of the other amenities.

Awesome experience
We loved this property. It was a perfect price point for our week long visit. It had everything we needed and more. We made many new family memories here. We had no issues connecting with a live person when we were in need of something or had a question. We loved it! Yahtzee is now a new family favorite and we will remeber playing it together for years to come!!

Was in town to visit our son. We didnā€™t use any of the many amenities. The resort was very nice. The townhouse is very nice. May need a deep cleaning of the inside of the windows a lot of dust.

Canā€™t wait to stay again!
This is my first time doing Vrbo in Orlando. We usually stay at hotels near Disney. I was amazed at how much room we had. This place is great to wind down in on those long park days. The location was always within 25 minutes of Disney. Close to Publix and other stores. The beds were comfortable and whomever decorated the place is amazing. They used the space perfectly! We will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful place close to Disney
We had a great time staying here. The place was located very close to the Disney parks and was an easy drive to airport as well. It was easy to locate when we arrived in the evening. The place was clean and cozy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little Orlando get away
The property over all is great, great amenities and great location. The check in process is a little hectic as cars can get really backed up. The unit it self is very spacious and great location very quiet. My only suggestion is that it could use a deep cleaning. It was very comfortable and I would definately stay again.

The house was exactly as described and even better. Great neighborhood and close to everything. The place is meticulously kept and has everything you need. The owners were very responsive to my questions. Definitely looking forward to staying here again when I visit Orlando.
