Booking & Fees

• Minimum stay: 4 nights

• Damage deposit: $150 (held by VRBO)

• Resort fee: $20/day + 12% tax ($22.40 total per day - covering up to 8 guests) paid directly to the resort upon arrival. The quoted fee only relates to the house and the resort fee is not included in the quoted total fee.
