The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms all furnished and decorated to your comfort and unforgettable vacation in Florida, the Sunshine State.

The decoration is inspired in different places all around the world to add to your vacation some fun and relaxing time.

Accommodations include one king sized master with a crib and changing table, two queen sized beds, one children bedroom with a bunk bed where may sleep up three, completely decorated with under the sea theme, what makes parents life much easier at bed time.
Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV with cable television.

There is a blu-ray and more than 70 movies available in the living room as well the DVR to record all the shows you do not want to miss while you are having fun all day along.

To those who like a good reading, there are many books in English, Spanish and Portuguese in the house.

The kitchen has been equipped with all the conveniences for easy meal or fine dining preparation for those who choose to cook rather than visit the many restaurants located just minutes away.

The kitchen offers a blender, coffee maker, sandwich and waffles maker, mixer, toaster and much more what makes easier the preparation of special meals.

To families which are traveling with babies, we know how hard it is to carry everything they need! So, to make traveling easier, the house offers as courtesy to use while you are staying there: a crib, a changing table, a diaper disposal garbage, a high chair, a boost seat and a stroller that can be taken to the parks as well. In the kitchen you will find baby plates and spoons.

All the 3 bathrooms are equipped with blow dryers.

The garage is a game room with a billiard table, tennis table, foosball table and many other games as basket ball and soccer goal to the little ones. You may also do your laundry while you are playing with your family!
Inside the house you will find a closet full of table games for all ages.

There is no staircase in the house what makes vacation easier to people with some special needs. Only the regular size door steps in the entrances but there are ramps available in the garage for guests with mobility limitations.

To heat the pool / spa, it is necessary make arrangements and pay the extra fees.

Crystal Cove community is a gated area, with a beautiful lake where you can watch the sunset with you loved ones. It also offers guests a large clubhouse featuring a resort-style pool, a fitness center, communal kitchen and games room.

There are many things to do in the area such as visit the theme parks, enjoy the dining opportunities, go shopping, spend an afternoon golfing or drive to the coast to enjoy the beautiful beaches. Crystal Cove guests will enjoy its close proximity to Lake Toho, dining, shopping and entertainment.

Family trip

The residence contains all appliances needed if you want to cook. The adults and children enjoyed also enjoyed the pool and board games. The community is quite and secure. Great communication from the host.

This home is well cared for and convenient to all attractions. Everything that you might need for days at home or lounging by the pool are stocked and in great condition.Kenia provided all of the needed details from booking, checking in, and checking out. The best house we have stayed in!

We have been coming to Florida with our children since my daughter was 4 - she is now going to University and this is unquestionably the best house we have stayed in - great location, great facilities and beautifully decorated. we stayed for 16 nights and had the best of times. Book it - you will not be disappointed - we will be back!

This property is everything Kenia promised. It's comfortable and so peaceful. The amount of detail Kenia puts into everything truly shows. We all agreed this was our favorite rental we have stayed in. Book it now, you wont be disappointed!

Great stay

This house was well equipped. The kitchen was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed at Crystal Cove for a conference at the Gaylord Center and it was very convenient. While walking our dog around he neighborhood, we met several neighbors, who were very nice.

Perfect vacation home for families going to Disney World.

This home was perfect for our families - 6 adults and 4 children. Kenia was so great to work with. She kept in touch and responded very quickly whenever we had any questions. The house was set up very well with everything you need to feel at home, including a great kids rooms with lots of toys. The house was beyond expectations and the pool was so great when we took a break from Disney World. It only took 10-15 minutes to get to the parks and the grocery stores were close. The pool area was pretty private, making it really enjoyable. I would definitely go back to this house for the next vacation and recommend it highly.

Fabulous!!!

This was the first time we've rented a house. Kenia made the process easy. She was quick to respond to any questions we had prior to arriving and during our vacation. We relied on previous reviews and pictures to make our final decision. I'm so glad we picked this house. We spent our entire week at the house. The pool and yard are lovely. The gated community is very quiet. Neither of us wanted to leave at the end of our week. Next time we will book 2 weeks. We will recommend Kenia and this house to friends and family. We hope to return for another vacation. Thank you Kenia!!

Everything we needed (and more) for our trip to Disney and Universal

I took a family trip including 5 adults, a 3 year old and a dog to experience the Orlando area theme parks and could not be happier with choosing these accommodations. Checkin was easy with a punch code door lock, the house was immaculate, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of activities for our downtime at home (game room, swimming, movies, books). My family raved over the comfortable beds, soft towels and quiet space. The 3 year old loved his Under the Sea room covered in fun sea life pillows as well as the thrill of all the fun in the game room. We enjoyed the heated pool and the vast backyard. The living room was spacious and great for meals and games. The drive to Disney as well as Universal was a breeze! We truly felt we had a home away from home. Thank you for such lovely accommodations and being such an accommodating host. We will be back soon!

Great stay and great hostess!

My family and I stayed at Kenia's for about a week in November. There were six of us all together and we never felt crowded as there was plenty of space. Before we arrived, Kenia sent very detailed instructions / information / tips on the property which was helpful and great to know in advance. She was very communicative throughout the stay and checked in with us at least 4-5 times to make sure everything was OK and that we were happy. The house was super clean, well organized, and some things even labeled. There were paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc. stocked and at the ready which is nice. We asked for the pool to be heated which is extra, and it was heated when we arrived (which is not the case with other rentals I have had). What is nice is that the house is just a couple miles off of the main drag through Kissimmee so it's real easy to find what you need whether it's a store, pharmacy, restaurant, fast food, etc. We got to most of the Disney parks in less than 20 minutes with traffic, and even faster without traffic. I would definitely rent this place again, and probably will, when we come back next year.

Perfect place for our family...and yours! There's a reason Kênia gets 5 stars from everyone!

Short version: This house is just as great as all the other reviews state, and you should book it immediately if you're going to the Orlando area. Long version: My wife and I just spent a week at Kênia's house with our three children, our daughter's best friend, my mother-in-law, and two dogs. And there was plenty of space for all of us in the four bedrooms. We could've easily accommodated more people on the couches (or air mattresses). Kênia makes great use of the space in this house. My family of five lives in a 3,200 SF home, and Kênia's place was plenty large for all seven of us vacationers plus the dogs! We could've shown up with nothing (without packing any luggage) and had a great vacation. There's plenty of bedding, bath towels, pool towels, toys, games, puzzles, DVDs, etc. for everyone. And there's a super Walmart just over a mile from the house with a huge grocery section, clothes, sunscreen, etc. And the Samsung washer and dryer in the game room mean you don't need a lot of clothes. So convenient! We spent a day at Discovery Cove and used the included admission to Sea World and Aquatica for the other six days of our visit. It's an easy drive to these Sea World parks from Kênia's house (with no tolls if you use your Waze app to navigate...very easy to do). Don't hesitate to book this house if you're going to Sea World. It's really an easy drive. Turning the garage into a game room was a great idea. We spent far more time there than I'd have guessed. We had a lot of fun playing ping-pong and foosball at night. We used everything...cooked a lot of meals at the house to avoid spending money eating out a lot. The kitchen is fully-equipped...even with a Keurig machine and K-cups. This house lacks nothing. As for pets...we're a very clean family and are always extra-cautious with our two dogs. For example, we wipe their feet every time they go outside and keep blankets or bed sheets over the furniture. With that in mind, I would not have guessed that pets had ever been inside Kênia's house. It's spotless. So, if you're not into pets, don't let that dissuade you from staying at Kênia's house. Conclusion: Kênia's house is fantastic with far more amenities than a hotel. You'd need two hotels rooms to accommodate this many people and would still have far less space. Kênia's house is far more accommodating and saves you money. It's a win-win. Before our next trip to Orlando, we'll be contacting Kênia again!

Stress Free Vacation

Exceptional Hostess and Home

The listing for this property was very accurate. The house was beautiful and clean, and the hostess was very responsive. The house was stocked with dishes, bakeware, and anything else you could think of. The neighbourhood was quiet and beautiful. I would definitely recommend as an amazing vacation hotspot and would definitely come back again.

Wonderful hostess and home

The listing for this property is very accurate, and Kenia herself is very kind and communicative. It was spacious and clean,she gave very detailed information on the house,how to use things,what to do etc.,&always replied as quickly as she could if I had any questions. The house itself is very well appointed,anything that you might need for the first few days,minus food,is there. Very child friendly,complete with baby gear,sippy cups,potty seats,children’s flotation devices for the pool,numerous toys in both the kids room and for the pool. She pays very close attention to details. The beds were comfortable,there are numerous board games,movies and books to keep one occupied,it was just generally a very nice place to come home to after a long day trekking the theme parks,my youngest was actually very upset he didn’t get more time to just stay in the house,because of course he absolutely loved being able to swim in December. What’s more…she accepts pets,there are rules and guidelines you need to follow naturally,but being a family with furries,it can be incredibly hard to find somewhere that will accept them when they aren’t a toy sized breed. I highly recommend this home,and for myself personally,my family would choose this house again once we return for Disney.

Best stay ever

This is the nicest, most well equipped rental we have ever had. It was impeccably prepared and extremely orderly and clean. It was really a pleasant stay and we were sorry to leave. We found the neighborhood comfortable and convenient to local attractions. The drive to the theme parks was quick. Nearby restaurants and shopping were perfect for meeting any needs we had. Our host was attentive and cared that we were having a good experience. I felt like a valued guest. We will definitely rent this home again. Totally what we needed for a great trip. We’ll be back!

Perfect family trip

We had a party of 6 for my husband's 50th birthday. Our (2) adult children and their spouses had their own bedrooms and bathrooms, with privacy for all + common areas (huge living and kitchen areas). The pool area was great! Safe area and lots to do.

22-27 September Disney/Universal Studio Visits

This is a superb location for all of the venues in the Orlando FL area. There are plenty of markets and pharmacies within 4 miles of the house. We were there during the Hurricane HELENE landfall and Kenia provided sandbags and extra flashlights for us in case the power went out. The location of the house is in a gated community and we felt safe and secure when we were in Crystal Cove. We would stay here again if we visit the area. Excellent place for 6 adults, one 9 year old, and a Welsh Corgi. Lyle

Great!

The property was super clean & well-stocked. Nice neighborhood, gated. Close to stores for groceries or restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay. We traveled to Universal & Disney and enjoyed having space to spread out & relax in the pool after walking a lot in the heat. Much appreciation to our host.
