Sleeping arrangements
Downstairs you’ll find three themed bedrooms. Bedroom 1, “Toy Story,” offers two twin bunk beds and a full bed, sleeping five. Bedroom 2, “DS Master,” features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom for two guests. Bedroom 3, “DS Queen,” provides a queen bed with its own ensuite, also for two. Upstairs hosts six additional rooms: “Alice in Wonderland” with a queen bed; “Queen A” and “Queen B” each with a queen bed; “Harry Potter” and “Princess” each with two single beds; and “Queen C” with a queen bed. All upstairs bedrooms share Jack‑and‑Jill bathrooms with shower only, perfect for families.
Living spaces

Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. You're allow to park up to 2 vehicles in the available spaces in front of the townhouse. Parking is on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis. Always follow standard parking regulations.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
