The Space:
Welcome to your next vacation destination! Discover this stunning two-story home, perfect for comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. Ideal for families or groups of friends, this space is designed for you to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. On the main level, you will be greeted with a large open space that combines a state-of-the-art kitchen with a central island, perfect for preparing delicious meals and sharing moments with family. The dining and gathering area is designed to make everyone feel comfortable, and the sliding glass doors allow the warm Florida sun to flood the space, inviting you to relax on the private patio, where you will find a refreshing pool. The house has six cozy bedrooms: on the first floor, you will enjoy a master bedroom with a king-size bed. On the upper level, the large master suite offers beautiful views and also features a king bed. The third suite, with a Harry Potter theme, is equipped with two single beds, while the fourth and fifth suites have queen beds. Additionally, the sixth bedroom features a bunk bed and a single bed with a fun Moana theme, perfect for the little ones. For everyone's entertainment, there is a cozy loft with a Mario Bros themed game room, a foosball table in the garage area, and an arcade machine. • POOL HEATING - OPTIONAL
We are pleased to inform you that your reservation includes access to the community clubhouse where you can enjoy several amenities. Additionally, the community pools are heated at no additional cost. If you are interested in heating the private pool during your stay, please note that there is an additional charge of $35 per day. We recommend that you request this service at least 48 hours before your check-in, as the heater requires time to reach the desired temperature. The minimum rental period for the pool heater is 2 nights. It is important to mention that the heater temperature will not exceed 95 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool operates as a spa and not a jacuzzi. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated, meaning that both areas will be at the same temperature. The heater works by heat exchange and is not effective in cold weather conditions. If you choose to request the heater during cold weather and the desired temperature is not reached, we will not be able to offer you a refund. The pool heater pumps feature a safety system that prevents overheating. If the pump is used in cold conditions for extended periods, it will automatically shut off to protect its functionality until it can operate efficiently again. Please note that this service is optional and may not be available at all times.
• TRASH REMOVAL Please place trash in the plastic container every day to keep the house clean.
• CLEANING Daily cleaning is not included in the rental rate. Prior to check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Fresh linens and towels will be available in the accommodation. Cleaning is included in the rental rate. A mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.
IMPORTANT ABOUT PACKAGE DELIVERIES If you plan to make any online purchases during your stay, please note that if the seller uses USPS, your package may not be delivered. The post office does not recognize vacation rentals as regular addresses, which means the package will be returned to the sender. We recommend using delivery services such as DHL, FedEx, or Amazon as they usually deliver to our facilities. Not all resorts accept deliveries.
