Everything was excellent! We went down to Florida for a small family reunion and everyone loved the house and the pool. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We had teenagers with us and the loved the game room and Xbox as well. Definitely would stay there again.

Beautiful home.

Beautiful home located in gated resort of Solterra. Beautifully decorated and well kept. Lots extras supplied in the home. Checking in and out was simple. Great communication with the host. Would stay again.

nice pool area

Our family of 5 enjoyed our 9-day stay at Solterra Resort. We mainly spent our time outside in the pool area and really liked it. The house is located in a nice neighbourhood and is close to Disny Parks, Universal Resort and several grocery stores. No complaints :)

Wonderful home

The home was very very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very accommodating and responded very quickly to any questions I had during the stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool and backyard were excellent.

Excellent property

We loved this place…will definitely stay here again. Lots of room for everyone. Nice not having neighbors behind or to one side of you. Very clean and decorated nicely. The game room was great for the kids. The only downfall was farther away from the community pool area.

Christmas in Florida

The home was perfect for our family of 13. Lots of space. However, heating the pool was only fair. Every hour you had to turn the spa dial, it only worked fair. Overall , a great trip.

Enjoyed our stay

We were a family of 11 that stayed here. The decor was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay, and the neighborhood was great as well. We only went to the clubhouse once and that was amazing as well. The only problem we had was getting the TVs to work and needed more pots to cook with, but nothing major. My kids stayed in the pool all day long, and I like that they had a crew come check the levels of the pool. My kids enjoyed the pool more than Disney.

3 week Theme park stay.

We stayed at this beautiful villa for 3 weeks in August 2022. 6 Adults 6 teenagers. I cannot recommend this villa enough. Loads of space, the pool area amazing and the resort itself was lovely. Communication with property manager was excellent. Perfect location for all theme parks. Didn't want to come home!

Nice house with great pool

Enjoyed our stay at this spacious house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. House was very clean with nice, modern decor. Large screened in pool/patio allowed sun in and bugs out. Patio also had a shady area for those who wanted to stay out of the sun. Enjoyed watching the wildlife (different types of birds) in the pond behind the house. Good location with Disney World 30-40 minutes away. We also enjoyed playing at several golf courses in the area. We would stay here again.

Nice home. Listing states refrigerator has an ice maker but it was missing. Had to buy ice. House is not new condition. Over all it was a nice house. Beautifully decorated

Solterra Resort

As a family we have visited Florida 15 to 20 times so used to renting villas , so although Kevin and family enjoyed their holiday they have made some comments . Shower doors not closing properly/ mould in main shower Pool table unusable as badly damaged Air conditioner did not work in garage Cleaning --lots of crumbs under sofas- had to clean because of toddler on the floor Only 3 sun loungers , not great for party of 5 and it could have been 8 X-box had wires missing and no games TV package basic as unable to subscribe to Roku

This home is in terrible condition. Rugs are filthy and need to be replaced. All the walls need painting. Games in garage are in very poor condition. Pool was not clean and pool deck was filthy. No instructions for TV's. The photo on the website is very out of date and misleading as to the condition of the home.

Room to relax

Property was beautifully decorated. Pool was perfect size and hot tub was great. I loved the layout of house. Us older adults stayed on first floor while the younger adults had second floor to themselves, which had another full size living room. Furniture was comfortable and every guest loved their beds which is a great plus after being on your feet all day. I cook and had prepped meals for the stay. Dining table was large and easily sat family for meals. Washer and dryer came in handy. Area was quiet and relaxing. A part that I found really nice was the space in house, after 7 or 8 hours at theme park it was nice everyone could divide up into individual space and shower, nap and just decompress before gathering back together again. This house had several areas each group of adults could do what they wanted, us parents watched tv in one room, others played pool or air hockey in garage converted into game room, or go in pool or hot tub, and when time, baby was able to be put to bed without distractions from the rest of us. Drive to theme parks was easy, time dependent on time of day. Stores close by. If we decide to make this reunion every year I will definitely stay at this house again. This house really was nice.

Broken & Inconvenient

Upon arriving and checking the guest book and the guest email for the WiFi password, it was wrong, so I had to move the living tv stand and get the correct wifi and password from the modem directly as well as contact the owner who failed to relay that they had a new WiFi modem. We paid an extra $275 to have the pool and spa heated, just to not be able to use the hot tub at all throughout the duration of our week stay. They told me to do this/that to see if it’ll work, which nothing did. I asked for a refund and the owner told me the management will take care of it, management told me the owner will take care it, so a great level of inconsistency there. I’ll keep you posted on that. The ice machine stopped dispensing, the water dispenser constantly leaked onto the floor, we couldn’t wash any clothes or towels due to the washer not finishing its cycle and stopping at rinse. At least management did come by and offer to grab our clothes and take them to wash them, fold them and bring them back, so I do appreciate that. They said a new washer would be there the day after we left, so hopefully that goes through for the next people that stay. I contacted the owner Wednesday (todays Sunday) about my refund, sent him 4+ message and he still has yet to reach back out, even though he was messaging me consistently during our first couple nights stay. Great level of a lack of professionalism there and common courtesy. Overall, yes we had a good time, but proceed with caution when booking.

Disney family vacation

The overall house was as depicted, but it required some attention to repairs and cleanliness. The dishwasher rack was broken, as well as the dining table outside on the lanai. The pool had a lot of hair and debris in it which we cleaned, but we were there for 10 nights and did not see the pool get serviced. We found a roach one night in one of the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked, and the owner did seem to put a lot of thought into the details. I think perhaps enough time is not being given between renters to clean and keep up the property. The biggest downside to this property is the location, it takes a while to come in and out of the community due to shear number of people staying here and only one gated entrance to get in( you may have to add 30 mins to your commute during peak times). also, as there are a number of short term rentals, you may have rough guests staying next door. We had people partying until 4 am next door for a few days.

Big spacious family house

We had a great stay and lots of room for a family of 10. The house was very clean. We did have issues with the washing machine getting stuck and the arcade game didn't work. The gameroom was more worn down than showed in the pictures. But overall everyone enjoyed the house and had a great stay.

Disney adventure

My family of 3 young adults and 2 adults were very comfortable and very much enjoyed our stay. We were 18 min from the Disney parks and enjoyed having our own pool to come home to in the evening. The property was clean and well furnished. There were so many bedrooms and bathrooms we could spread out and enjoy some private space as well. Communication was excellent and very prompt. We will definitely plan to stay here again should we return to the area.

Bit of a disappointment

When we first checked in, we were so excited. House was beautiful! There were a few things that were out of sorts. There was a big hole in the screened pool area, bugs kept getting in. One of the chairs had a hole in the seat. There was a very noticeable black stain on one of the bedroom carpets. No pot holders. The pots and pans were either too worn or not big enough for our whole party. The storage containers were all cracked so we couldn’t store our leftovers. The washer and dryer wouldn’t work. The worst part was the management and response time. We were there for 5days/6nights and had no washer/dryer nor the time to take our items to the laundromat. We were on vacation and here for a cheer competition and didn’t want to spend time washing/drying/sitting in a laundromat. We spent over 2000 on this house and didn’t have everything it listed and felt like we had been mislead and when brought to their attention, it seemed like they didn’t care and were not going to reimburse us for the lack of items that sold us in renting the house in the first place. It took them 2 days to respond at one time and didn’t seem too worried about what was listed that was wrong, they offered to bring things to replace and never brought them. We had to go out and purchase the pot holders (Which we left) and pots and pans (which we took with us) just so we could cook for our party of 10. Of course we didn’t let it ruin our vacation, we made the most of it.

Beautiful Home

Our 9 night stay as a family was fantastic! We are a group of 6 adults and 3 kids ranging in age from 10-14. The feature we loved most was the set up of this home with the three master suites and the spaciousness of all the rooms. Pool and hot tub were great and worked flawlessly. We spent a fair amount of time at the resort pool as well, which we all enjoyed. The only items we were really missing and could have used more of were towels and just extra blankets. Absolutely zero issues with host, house (which was immaculately clean), etc. Overall, easily 5 stars!

Disney trip

The house was amazing , we enjoyed the heated pool and the view. Everything was exactly like the pictures and the beds were beyond comfortable. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for the stay. We had a great week and didn’t want to leave this property
