Wonderful stay. Host had a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal. The condo is Very clean and quiet always. The condo building is right next to the main resort pool which will be completed soon. Nicely furnished and Smart TV with all the TV Apps in the Bedrooms.

Amazing VRBO!!

We were SO pleased with our stay at this location. The property manager was extremely communicative and willing to accommodate a switch in dates for our stay. The condo itself was extremely clean and spacious and had everything we could’ve needed for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

We have stayed at the Vista K resort many times. This condo was beautiful. It was very clean and the view from the balcony is awesome, overlooking the pool and the lake. We traveled with my 80 year old father, and he was very impressed with the condo, saying “this feels just like home”.

We had an amazing weekend at this property! Everything was clean, there was a welcome basket and tons of brochures for good food and entertainment. The beds are SO comfortable, and the property manager was very nice and communicative. They included a map with our check in instructions which made finding the property very easy. We didn’t have any kids with us but there’s a crib, high chair, and children’s toys in the closet. This would be perfect for a family vacation. 10/10! 🎉

Stay for conference and family fun / parks

This is a wonderful property! So close to pool and so much better than a hotel - plenty of room to spread out and stay for a week. Also very close to Universal, easy 10 minute drive. Property clean and ready for a families with pool toys, towels, games, etc. Publix is adjacent as well and everything you need in the kitchen. This is our second time in this unit, and we’ll be back again!

Beautiful Condo

This unit was beautiful. The furniture, linens, and all rooms far exceeded any vacation rental that we have ever used. It was very clean with all the comforts of home. Fully stocked with all kitchen supplies and full size laundry room with washer and dryer. Ana was extremely helpful with choosing which unit we stayed in and once we were there they went out of there way to make sure our vacation was wonderful. The pool and grounds are also very nice with easy access to main highways. Will definately be back.

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!!!

Wow, what a place! I own a beutiful place that I also rent in the Keys, and this condo made me file like I was at home. Top notch all the way around. From the minute you walk in the door you are just taken back. The decor is just perfectly themed for Florida. I stayed in the master suite which is bigger than the one in my own house. Everything is brand spanking new. The owners went way out of the way to assist us and make sure we had everything we needed. My family and I had a fantastic time at the resort and really can't wait to go back. Thanks for everything. The Morales Gang!!!

Exceptional Accommodations!

From the moment we stepped in, we were impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of this condo. It is much better in person than it appears in the photos. The view from the balcony of the pool and lake are fantastic. This unit has everything you could need while on vacation. Every time I opened a drawer, cabinet, or closet I was impressed by how thoughtfully equipped it was. Vista Cay is an outstanding, centrally located resort that offers a wide variety of amenities and is also well maintained. The ITZ Property Manager, Ana, was such a pleasure to work with. We were informed prior to arrival, felt welcomed when we got there, and experienced great follow-up after our stay. We had friends and family visit us during our vacation and they all want to go back on their own family vacations. We didn’t want to leave. I highly recommend this comfortable and immaculate condo and hope to return sooner than later!

Orlando trip

The location of the condo was great! The Publix is right around the corner where we shopped a couple times. The condo is designed beautifully with super comfy beds. The gift basket and coffee was such a nice surprise! Unfortunately the pool was closed just below this condo as listed at the bottom of the description of the condo. We drove over to the other pool which was nice but filled up quickly around lunch. Because we were not close to the condo it did make it inconvenient to go have lunch in the condo or grabbing extra drinks. Additionally, the construction noise from the closed pool by this condo was loud at times. Even though the hallway quiet hours are until 9am the construction starts at 8am. Overall we had a great trip and really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this condo!

Great location for families!

Booked last minute for a stay with my father, brother and our sons....we were extremely lucky to have found what turned out to be the prefect place to stay. The unit itself was very well appointed. Very classy but comfortable at the same time. Well stocked with the essentials. The location could not have been better, both within the property and in the area in general. Within the property, it's centrally located and directly next to the pool. Outside, it's very close to the Disney & Universal properties and other local fun (Andretti Karting a family favorite). Dining wise, within a couple mile radius there are TON of great dining options. All in all, we could not have asked for more. Thank you!!
