Encore Resort is conveniently located next to many of popular Orlando?s attractions, including Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, boutique shopping, and much more being the perfect spot for your stay!

AFTER BOOKING:

Our registration process is 100% online, for your convenience. Upon booking your reservation, our Reservation Team will forward a copy of a Registration Agreement for your review and signature. Once we are in receipt of your signed Registration along with a copy of your photo ID and Credit Card, your booking will be confirmed and check-in instructions will be e-mailed to you 24hr prior to check with complete access to your vacation rental so that you can head directly to the property. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in cancellation of your booking.

Receipt of check-in instructions will be required in order for you to access your property, so in the event you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise.

Optional Extras:

Pool and/or spa Heating is offered upon availability for $ 50 per day plus tax, with a 3-days minimum. Please be certain to advise us if you require pool heat upon booking your reservation or at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

Propane for use with the BBQ grill is not provided, but refillable propane tanks are available upon request.

The ACO Vacation Home team is available 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

HOUSEHOLD STARTER SUPPLIES:
For your convenience, we provide the following items so you and your family can get settled in without worrying about it upon arrival. But keep in mind we do not replace the supplies.
*1 Paper Towel Roll, 1 Trash Bag per Trash Can, 1 Toiletry Kit Per Bathroom (Small Bar Soap, shampoo, and conditioner), 1 Toilet Paper Roll per Bathroom, 1 Dish Sponge, 1 Dish detergent, and 1 Laundry Soap
