Amazing Townhouse @ Luxury Resort, near Disney

My place is close to Disney Parks (20/25 minutes drive) and many other Orlando attractions (Universal Studios is 40/45 minutes drive), restaurants, family-friendly activities, great views. You’ll love this beautiful townhouse inside a luxury SPA resort with a 24 Hrs Front Desk.

My townhouse is well kept and maintained by a team of professionals from Private Management. It has 3 bedrooms (1 master) in the second floor with smart TV's and 2 large bathrooms. Downstairs, a large fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room, 1/2 bathroom and laundry. There is a patio on the back. The clubhouse at the resort has lots or recreational areas (swimming pool, hot tub, lazy river, water slide, gym, playground, BBQ), restaurant and bar. Towels are provided at the clubhouse near the pool area. You can find out more about the resort by visiting Regal Palms website. IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK: IF YOU BOOKED BEFORE MAY 8, 2025, the Resort imposes a DAILY FEE of $22.40 USD (per house not per person), This fee is directly paid to the Resort at check-in. RESERVATIONS MADE AFTER MAY 8, 2025 already include the Resort in the price you pay to VRBO.

Controls thermostat

This owner will control the thermostat, leaving it at 75. We fought with him during the stay to lower it. He refused to give us the access code. Eventually, he lowered it our last two days there. He would wait until we entered the villa and then lower it. When we left, he would higher the temp. Yes, he has a camera out front of the house and was watching for us to enter and leave the property. Creepy! Also promised a pack and play for the baby that wasn’t there. The main bedroom ceiling fan had one speed, low and the hallway bathroom was dirty. Owner didn’t care.
