Beautiful 5/5 bedroom home!!!

  • Beautiful, 5BR/3BA pool home in Lake Davenport Estates. Great entertaining home with screen enclosed pool in covered lanai. Large master bedroom with a garden tub in the master bathroom.
    It is located close to Disney parks, in a residential community with a tennis court, community pool and playground. Only minutes away from the attractions, shopping and restaurants!

    Please note, that the AC temperature can not be set up lower than 74C.
    The minimum age required is 18.
    Office hours from 9am to 10pm.
    Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.
    BBQ and pool heat are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed less than 7 days before arrival.
