Vacation stay

It was a decent stay 40 to an hour travel to places. Our kids had a great time in the pool. There was a few things that needed fixing and it wasnt 100% clean.

We had a great time . House was big enough for the 6 of us. Swimming pool was great to have. Pool guy came and cleaned pool and was very nice. Neighbor was sweet lady. Believe it was 20 to 25 minutes to Universal Studios and about an hour and a half to Cocoa Beach. And I believe Saint Petersburg Beach was an hour and a half away too but nice drive.

We enjoyed our stay, home is well kept. Keeping it is a rental unit and everything is not new but used, still in great shape. Enjoyed the pool at the end of the day. Great communication with the Management Company. We will stay here again in the future.

Our stay in Orlando

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect and the location was close to everything we wanted. Checking in and out of the house was seamless. The neighborhood was quiet and we spent several afternoons just relaxing on the deck and swimming. So glad we came across this property and would definitely stay again!

pros: area, quiet and price cons: mold on shower curtain, house was dated and in deserate need of a deep clean. instructions were unclear with garbage pickup (one set of directions at property and a different set from property management) wifi would not allow certain apps to run, pool area were infested with ants and very little outdoor furniture and no cushions.

Nice place - the only thing that we ran into was the internet was weak also one of tv's didn't work one bedroom and the bedroom with the twin beds didn't have a tv at all. But we would stay there again good location

Comfortable

We stayed done month. The house was clean but the decking around the pool needed power washing. The pool itself was clean and usable. We called Celine the first day because the pots and pans were unusable. She asked no questions but had Amazon deliver new pots and pans the very next day. That is brilliant service. There are some issues that need to be addressed but overall we were comfortable, safe and happy with the house.

Very good and quiet house but needs a bit of TLC

Pros: House is spacious, quiet and has lots of amenities like towels and dishes, as well as a pool and a garage. Cons: patio furniture barely supported a body over 200 lbs, dishwasher did not do a good job, wifi was spotty, appliances need an upgrade.

Relaxing

Loved it all except the check in at the gate. We were not understandging exactly where to check in and held up a line of people. If it had said the lower left of the screen on the right as you pull in it would have helped. The sun was shining on it & I could not see the "green" button as I was looking for a button & it was actually a box on the screen that I couldn't see well. Once we figured that out the next was the card to scan to get in. That should have told us to hold it to the little black box next to that same screen. We LOVED the pool & spend a lot of time in it.

Disney Christmas Stay

Property was clean, very centrally located, took us about 22 mins to get to the Disney parks. Property was clean, mattresses could use a little updating but beds were still sleepable,, didn’t go out in the pool, would stay here again if we come back. Property manager was very informative about electric outages that happened during our stay as well which helped us prepare somewhat for no electricity for a few hours one of the nights we stayed. All in all we had a great trip

Nice stay

The home was very comfortable with nice private pool. There were also 2 community pools and a hot tub. We would suggest a King size bed with a firm foundation as the Queen in the master bedroom jiggled a lot when one person moved. Good laundry facilities and all the utensils one would need in the Kitchen. The dishwasher was nice, but was not very good at cleaning things as many had to be hand washed after the dishwasher cycle. The property manager was very responsive to all requests. Nice quiet community.

Great Little House

We had a wonderful time I Florida. The house was clean, the beds were comfy and it was close to all store for amenities. We loved that there were board games there and our kids loved the pool. My only suggestion is for home management to make sure the remotes have batteries as some didn’t and the games didn’t have any pens so we bought some and left them for the next guests. Other than that, everything with the home was wonderful and we would absolutely stay again.

quick summer pool break

Shawn was easy to deal with and the Property Manger and check in process was super easy. Overall the home is dated but we understood that going in. The private pool area was great with a nice exposure for Sun. Neighborhood was super quiet, which was nice. Having a desk was a great feature as I was working remotely. A couple of items to note: There was no BBQ (not an issue for us, but for others to know), and the last renters / cleaners did not ensure the dishes were clean so we had to rewash them (again not a huge issue but an opportunity for the Property Manager to address). Overall we enjoyed our stay,

Nice cozy home close to Disney and Shopping

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at this home! Communication with both the owner and property manager was excellent — they were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We used two of the three bedrooms — both had working TVs and cozy beds. There were a few minor maintenance issues: some minor water damage in the primary bathroom vanity and the shower head could use some attention but nothing impacted our stay, but worth noting. Also, the refrigerator had tape holding part of the inside door shelving in place, and one of the drawers was broken. Everything still functioned, but it’s something future guests should be aware of. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during our visit. We didn’t report it during the trip, but it was definitely a downside. The house is in a gated community — while you’re given a key card for entry, deliveries (like food or groceries) can’t get in without you meeting them at the gate, especially after 10 PM. It would be helpful if this was explained more clearly in the listing. The driveway is also very short — great for compact cars, but a full size SUV had to be parked sideways to avoid sticking into the narrow street. Garage access would’ve helped, but we made it work. Checkout was simple, and we appreciated the clear instructions. Overall, a great space with lots of potential — with a few updates and clearer expectations around access, it could easilly be a 10.

Meh.

We checked in late night because of flight delays. The property was located gated community so we had to get property owners to buzz us in thru the gates. It made us feel guilty since I imagined they had to stay up until we checked in. Poor communication on check in. We were never sent instructions so I had to call and text thru Vrbo multiple times with no response. Finally someone texted me from different number not listed on Vrbo, asking us when we were going to check in. Upon arrival at the property, there were no lights. Had to use our cell phone flashlight to find lockbox with key. There was a struggle to get key out of the lockbox. The numbers had to line up precisely to unlock. The air was not on when we went in so inside smelled musty and felt humid. Did not feel welcoming with first impression. Property didn’t feel clean. The pool area is small. Not much room to layout for a family of 6. The property is a convenient location from Disney and the airport. We came back from Disney late at night and could not get thru the gates without the owner buzzing us in. We had to drive in circles to let other residences get thru the gate until the property owners buzzed us in. Apparently after check in, there was a key card to use to access the gates but that was never communicated to us. Later we found the key card in a bowl under coasters on the coffee table. The property needs updating. Overall the stay was a stressful stay.
