The location was good. The house is about 15 mins to the Disney parks and 25 to Universal. The area is very secure and Joseph at the gate was wonderful. The water and ice machine on the fridge didn’t work. After a few days they fixed the water and brought us a bag of ice. We paid for the heat to be on in the hot tub. Not worth it. The temperature of the hot tub and pool were the same. The first day the hot tub was like bath water. As the days went on the temperature decreased. Basically becoming cold and never hot tub temperatures. Maintenance came out and the hot tub was warm for one day and the same thing happened. So, if you are wanting an actual hot tub temperature don’t spend the money. It won’t be. We were there 10 days and basically wasted the extra money we spent on hot tub fees and did not get any refund. Also there are no steps or hand rail into the hot tub. It was tricky to actually get in and out. There’s no hand rail for the pool either. The beds are very firm but in general we were happy with the house.

Spring Break Disney

Could’ve been a fantastic trip except for two things: - No working hot tub or pool heat - cleanliness was less than desirable We called numerous times to get the hot tub going, as this was the main reason we booked this particular house. Finally fixed the daily I we left. The refund offered was totally not in line with what we received, but we expected that. The couch had a large stain in it (maybe chocolate) when we arrived. Pretty gross looking. It could’ve been easily cleaned with a little elbow grease. We found Fritos on the floor in the spare bedroom, as well. - Maybe more than one trash bag in the pantry - eliminate the huge raccoon that shreds the neighborhood’s trash each night - Let a tenant know the procedures for th I use off the hot tub (multiple switches with no explanation). We rent a condo or house a few times a year, and we are usually very picky what we choose. This house was beautiful and in a great area.
