Come stay in our charming townhome that features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms open kitchen concept, barbecue and a private pool.

Our home is very well located in Bella Vida Resort with short walking distance to the club house, where you will find community heated pool, gym, volley court, basketball and kids playground.

Ground Floor
The living room is open and spacious with a 3 seats sofa and loveseat to relax and enjoy the 50 inch TV. This area opens to the fully screened lanai and pool area with BBQ. Queen sized bedroom with TV. There are also a full bathroom on ground floor.

Dining table seats 5 and another two at the breakfast bar. If you feel like cooking the beautiful and fully kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family ready.

Laundry room with Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron, Iron table and clothesline.

This family friendly home also offers free WIFI.

Always a good time
Had a great time staying in the is property. Had such a blast we brought our son along for this trip. Really enjoyed the pool and not having to share it with anybody at all. Clean and only 45 seconds from Walmart and other stores.

Great place to stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. We had a last minute addition to our group which made us cancel our place in the main part of the city and luckily this place was available and could accommodate us. The host was amazing! Checked in on us and just left those extra care touches. I was confused by the security at the entrance but that very well couldā€™ve been due to my own understanding. We got their late at night and I think security is slightly different then during the day. The couch is different than in the picture but I actually enjoyed the comfort of it! Iā€™d definitely return if in the area. Thanks for the great home! Suggestion: if you have family, use Walmart pickup or Walmart delivery. We did both and it was great! Our groceries were delivered early in the morning and we had breakfast at the place!

Very nice townhouse located close to attractions even with traffic figured in. The children enjoyed the little private pool; they didn't mind the rather cold water. One thing that could be improved is the coffee maker. It has seen its better days as it is has to be unplugged to turn off and it does not have automatic turn off. It was great that the ice maker in fridge worked (we've stayed in places where the ice maker was not even hooked up in the refrigerator). Shopping for essentials is very near by with a superstore three minutes away. The resort is very quiet and nicely kept. The security guards at the gate were very nice and friendly. We will definitely consider returning in the future.
