Clean and spacious condos. Water pressure was on the low side but I've experienced worse. Pools were fantastic, grounds well maintained, clean property, friendly staff. We slept amazing! Comfortable beds and pillows and black out curtains.

Our dishwasher had mold lining the bottom of the machine and needed a deep clean. We requested maintenance and they just showed up turned on the machine and said it’s working and left. No mold had been removed at all. I think everything else was good.

The room was great. Plenty big enough for two couples. It was clean and well appointed. The front staff could have been more helpful though. We didn’t know we had to book a mid stay cleaning until I phoned to see when they were coming. We had no information packet in the room which could have informed us of this.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was very quiet and relaxing. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. I was impressed with how spacious the rooms are, giving plenty of comfort during the stay. Great place for a vacation or staycation. Check in is a bit of a process and they will push you to try to do a timeshare presentation but they accepted when I said no 4x. The waterpark was nice, limited hours. The other pools are nice. Restaurants and food options close earlier than I would have liked but the drinks we did get were reasonably priced and delicious! Staff were friendly and the room was clean and well stocked. Well maintained, close to shopping and things to do.
