Comfy THREE-Bedroom townhouse near Disney

This amazing townhouse can accommodate up to six guests with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The main floor gives you access to our superb dining room, spacious and gourmet kitchen and one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and private bathroom. The second floor hosts two bedrooms, having one a king-sized bed with private bathroom and the other two twin sized beds with private bathroom.
There is a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and towels available for guest use at no cost.

- Exact décor may vary
- Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am.
- Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs.

POOL HEATING

- Pool heating or hot tub can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of $45.00 dollars/day and 48 hours notice.
- The heater is set to a maximum of 95 F, which is a standard
- The water doesn't warm up instantly. It can take up to 24 hours for the pool to be completely heated depending on external temperature

HOUSEKEEPING

- This property is thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee.
- Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival.
