We welcome you to our beautiful & cozy house with 3 bed / 3 bath with Private Pool. This home has all the amenities necessary for your family and friends to spend a precious and memorable vacation in Orlando.
This wonderful home is located on the eco-friendly community, Hidden Forest (community in development) just a few minutes from Disney and conveniently located to visit all the major restaurants, super stores and shopping outlets.

The open concept floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV or cooking up some delicious meals in equipped kitchen.

The bedroom configuration:

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen size bed
Bedroom 2: 1 King size bed
Bedroom 3: 2 Twin beds
Gameroom: 1 sofa bed (2 people)

The property has a RING doorbell, central air conditioning throughout, free Wi-Fi, TV in all the bedrooms. There is a laundry room, washer and dryer with ironing facilities.

Extra Services (MUST BE REQUESTED UNTIL 48 HOURS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN):

POOL HEATING: $30 per day (minimum 3 days)

GRILL: $85 with 1st full propane tank and cleaning provided.


HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll.

TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for garbage collection on Tuesdays, and Fridays. Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacle outside the back. No loose items in trash receptacle or open bags permitted.

Check out: 10 am.

You can't smoke inside the house or open the windows. In case of non-compliance, a $300 fine will be charged.

We do not allow pet and the default carries a fine of $ 300.
