The immaculate home features 2 King Master Suites with en suite private baths. The 3rd queen bedroom and 4th 2-twin bedroom share a full bath. You can see the photo of the floor plan.

Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, large open living room with large smart TV, Game Room, (car garage equipped with pool table and foosball), high speed WiFi internet, and separate in-house laundry room. All bedrooms have wall mounted Flat-screen HD televisions.

Outside you can enjoy our pool and spa. For a fun change of pace you can also swim and relax at the Olympic-size pool and Jacuzzi at the Resort Clubhouse that is a very short walk away. The Resort Clubhouse also includes tennis courts, beach volleyball, basketball court, exercise gym, 40 Person movie theater free to guests, Pool Tiki Bar, Arcade, Pool Tables, and a convenient mini-mart should you need any extra last minute drinks, snacks, or sundry items.

First night of Essentials provided, after that the guest are to cater their own. A list of what is included will be provided prior to arrival.

Grills- We provide a gas grill in our Pool Villas. Replacement Gas tank needs to be provided and replaced by guest.

Pool warming is not included and requires an extra nightly standard fee of $45 per night. It is recommended between November- May.
We urge guests to add this feature as soon as they place a booking, to avoid any scheduling issues. We turn the pool heaters on the day prior to arrival. There is a 4 night minimum for pool heat charge. An extra call out fee of $40 applies if pool warming is added on the day of, or after arrival.
