"Room was very clean and staff was awesome. A nice little bar vibe in the lobby."

"The pool was opened and they had movies for kids in the evening. When we arrive at the hotel, at least the room was clean, but the water pressure to flush the toilets was terrible, the sink was also slow to drain and terrible. The room was to be cleaned every 3 days, but it was never cleaned. We had to ask for clean towels twice to be replaced. We had to empty out the garbage ourselves. The outside grounds by the parking lot Building B was always ditty, full of leaves and garbage the other people would throw out. Most of it was scattered on the floor, because the garbage bins were small and garbage was not picked up that often . They charged a resort fee which shouldn't even br charged. That location is not a resort. Breakfast was a goodie box with an egg sandwich, a pastry or an apple. Coffee and juice available at the cabana where they gave you the breakfast box. No coffee maker in the rooms either. The location of the hotel is the only good thing about it. This hotel needs to be updated and renovated. The cleaning crew hardly speak any English and it wa gard to even ask them for towel replacements and to throw out the garbage. It's sad but true. "

"Check in was horrible. They had 2 people working and took a half hour to just get to someone. Felt more sorry for the 10 or so people in line behind. The pools were nice. Our room was freezing, but didn't look for a control or call to find out how to turn ac up. "

"Lots of things for kids to do on site. Very close to several restaurants and gift shops. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even with the renovations we had a GREAT time!"

"Value hotel. Not quite what I expected from a Wyndham. Building was old and Loud. Linoleum flooring from a bad 70’s movie. Right next to highway. Pool bar was nice. Coffee shop was nice with extended hours. Conference center was also good. "

"This was a last minute booking. We chose this property based upon location. When I realised this it was what I consider ’motel’ entry rooms I was a little concerned due to security and noise but because it was February and pretty quiet it didn’t turn out to be an issue at all but I could see it being noisy in busier times. The rooms were clean comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were good and the pool was nice. In the end we were very happy with the property and would definitely consider staying again."

"The staff was VERY NICE, attentive and helpful. The room looked clean at a glance but wasn’t actually at all. I wore white socks while getting ready and by the time I was about to put my shoes, they were black! The place smelled like cigarettes, the heater smelled like I had burn something. The shower had lots of dust and hairs. It almost seems like the had dusted the place in months. The blow dryer didn’t work. We had trouble with the tv but eventually figured it out, now the control! The control was another story, it was so dirty! Sticky and dirty! We tried going to the pool but again, like many things it wasn’t clean. The jacuzzi never had any hot water."
