The Space:

The gentle breeze carries the scent of freshly cut fairways, inviting you to linger with a book or simply breathe. After a day of exploring the resort or the nearby attractions, you return to a spacious, climate‑controlled condo where the living area feels like a quiet retreat, ready for relaxed evenings and easy mornings.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms comfortably sleep up to six guests. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, offering a roomy primary sleeping space. Bedroom 2 includes a kids bunk twin bed, perfect for younger travelers. Bedroom 3 provides a queen bed, a flexible option for couples or additional family members. Two full bathrooms are equipped with bathroom essentials, fresh towels, and convenient in‑home laundry.



Living space

A large living area anchors the home, with air conditioning, heating, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace for remote‑work needs. A flat‑screen TV offers a simple way to unwind with a movie or show after a day on the fairways. Self check‑in is effortless with a smart lock, and a washer & dryer are available for longer stays.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is stocked with stainless‑steel appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation straightforward. An indoor dining area provides room for meals, games, or planning the next day’s activities, all within the comfort of your own unit.



Outdoor living

The oversized wrap‑around balcony is the home’s defining feature, delivering uninterrupted views of the golf course. It’s an inviting spot to read, sip a drink, or enjoy the evening breeze without leaving the unit.



Resort amenities & access

Your stay includes complimentary access to shared resort amenities across Reunion Resort, such as pools, spas, fitness centers, playgrounds, and other outdoor spaces. An RFID card grants entry, and tee times can be arranged separately at the Palmer, Nicklaus, or Watson courses. The pool and gym are shared facilities, offering a resort‑style experience while you retain the privacy of your own condo.

Located in Kissimmee within the well‑known Reunion Resort community, the condo blends a quiet residential feel with easy access to green spaces, walkable paths, and a variety of on‑site activities. Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (1) vehicle in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
