Our comfortable home is very spacious and beautifully decorated throughout. A popular vacation home enjoyed by many return guests. Set on a spacious cul-de sac lot with garden and privacy both sides.

With over 3000 sq. feet of single story living our home has plenty of room to gather together or relax in a quiet corner. The living areas comprise of a large open plan living room with large kitchen and dining nook. This room enjoys wonderful views of the outside space and has reclining leather sofas to enjoy the large TV. The second living area with large TV, also enjoys views of the fabulous golf course and is an idea area to chill out with a book or a glass of wine. The adjacent dining area will accommodate your group to enjoy meals together.

The 5 Bedrooms offer very flexible bed arrangements with 2 king rooms, and 1 room with two twin beds, the other two rooms can be either king beds or split as 2 twin beds. Every bedroom has TV and comfortable beds with luxury linens, with their own or adjacent bathroom.

Our newly installed air conditioned games room with slate bed full size pool table, Air hockey, foosball and Darts is a great addition which will be sure to keep all the family happy.

Outside the pool deck is very large and extends across the whole width of our home, nearly 60 feet wide, with amazing South and West facing views overlooking the golf fairways - you can relax under the covered lanai with cooling fans and outdoor TV, swim in the beautiful pool or relax on our comfortable seating. Our retractable awning is ideal to give shade to the large dining table - the canopy lights make for a special evening dining area and offers welcome additional shade for your loungers in the daytime.

For additional recreation, the outdoor ping pong table is popular with all the family.
The large lagoon pool with shallow seating area can be heated on request and has a spa tub with waterfall feature. Both the pool and spa have handrails for easy access.
If it gets too warm there is a large covered lanai with fan to keep you cool. Our comfortable furniture gives plenty of space for relaxing at any time of day or night.
The large gas barbeque will keep even the most dedicated of cooks happy!
Our home is beautifully furnished and our beds extremely comfortable - just what you need after a hard day at the parks - with luxury bedlinen and plenty of towels, inc pool towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking up a feast or a snack
Our wonderful management company, based close by, keep our home in immaculate condition and are on hand should the need arise.

For the little ones we have a baby crib and high chair (2nd available) All doors to our pool area are alarmed.

The pool and spa can be heated at an additional cost of $40 per night, during warmer months June-Sept spa heat only is available at $20 per night - you can add this after booking.

We allow pets up to 2 dogs by arrangement (additional fee one charge of $100 per stay)

Damage Protection –The $49 charge listed as Admin/property Fee on your booking/quote covers up to $1500 damage protection coverage for the rental property.

The Parks are very easy to reach - our home is an easy 15 minutes to Disney, 30 to SeaWorld and about 35 to Universal depending on traffic.
Disney is accessible without using the I4 so avoiding the heavy traffic at peak times, Berry Town Centre shops with supermarket, bars, restaurants is just a few minutes away and you can even walk in around 10-15 minutes.
Posner Park shopping Mall area is about 10 minutes away and there you can find many newly arriving stores such as Home Goods, Marshalls, Hobby lobby, Chipotle and more - to add to the established stores such as Target and JC Penny.
