The space
Luxurious, 8 Bedrooms, 7 Bathrooms, Single- Family Home located in the gated Encore at Reunion community.

This fully-furnished home features an open floorplan, perfect for entertaining, and looks out to your own private, tranquil pool. The spacious master suite is on the second floor and provides an en-suite bathroom. Another five bedrooms are located upstairs, with two additional bedrooms on the first floor. Toy Story and Mickey-themed bedrooms are perfect for the guests.

**POOL SPA HEATING***
There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. Please arrange prior arrival for better service.

**BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR***
We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost
If you need to outsource the propane/gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. ( Extra cost)

**GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING
Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate 2/3 cars and overflow parking down the road about 250 ft distance.. This house features a game room inside the garage therefore covered garage is not available.

**PET POLICY***
Only small pets or under 40 pound dogs allowed
$170 Pet fee for each animal
Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee.

**We do not allow visitors**

Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged
