The Space:

With 3,314 sq. ft. spread across two floors, there's room for everyone to find their rhythm, whether that's splashing in the heated pool, gathering around the dining table, or going head-to-head over foosball.



Living space

The main floor is designed around connection. An open-plan layout brings the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room together under one roof, making it easy to cook, eat, and unwind without losing the group. The living room seats five comfortably, and the screened patio just beyond it extends your living space outdoors - lounge seating frames the private heated pool and spa, with enough room to stretch out whether the afternoon is loud or quiet. A dedicated laundry room adds day-to-day convenience for longer stays.



Game room

The converted garage has become the villa's unofficial headquarters for competition. A pool table, foosball, and air hockey sit ready for tournament nights, and the space works just as well as a hangout spot when the weather keeps everyone indoors.



Sleeping arrangements

The first floor holds a master king suite, giving the adults in the group a private retreat close to the main living areas. Upstairs, the second floor spreads across a mix of sleeping configurations - queen and twin bedrooms suited for kids or friends, an additional queen suite, and a private king bedroom. A TV lounge on the upper level adds a second space to decompress, catch a film, or let the kids wind down independently.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is set up for full use - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and hot water kettle are all included, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. Barbecue utensils are on hand for evenings spent outside. Initial supplies including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and kitchen towels are provided at the start of your stay.

Check-in is from 4 PM and checkout by 10 AM. Self check-in is available via smart lock. Free parking is on the premises, and the villa has a private entrance. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are permitted.
