The studio is in a great neighborhood…safe, close to everything I needed, and with great residents in surrounding houses. The unit was exactly as described and worked perfectly for what i needed. Fantastic amenities and perfect for one or two people. Another tenant moved into one of the other units on night two and were absolute nightmares. They played music that could be heard through the walls and did it until after 3:00 A.M. on both nights. Slammed doors. Blocked my car in, in the driveway. Had at least 8-12 people there at any given time. This was through no fault of the host as she communicated with me when I let her know of the issues and tried desperately to fix the situation. They were simply not good people and had no respect for anyone else in the home.
