The Space:

Sunlight pours through the open windows as you step onto the spacious living room, inviting you to unwind after a day of theme‑park thrills. The gentle warmth of Central Florida drifts across the private patio, where a heated pool shimmers under the sky. You can hear the soft splash of water from the resort’s wave simulator while you relax with a cold drink at the clubhouse bar. Inside, the scent of fresh coffee mingles with the hum of a family movie night in the private theater.



Sleeping arrangements

Seven bedrooms provide space for up to 14 guests. On the main floor, a bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, four additional rooms each hold a king bed, two of them with private ensuites. Two more bedrooms contain twin beds and share a Jack‑and‑Jill bathroom. Altogether there are nine beds and six and a half baths.



Indoor living

The home offers two generous living areas and a family room with a flat‑screen TV for casual lounging. A dedicated movie theater room lets you enjoy films in comfort, while a game room adds extra fun for all ages. A free washer and dryer, bed linens, towels, and a dedicated workspace are provided for longer stays or multigenerational trips.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances invites you to prepare meals together. Two indoor dining areas make breakfast gatherings easy and provide a relaxed setting for dinner after a day at the resort.



Outdoor living

Step onto a private outdoor oasis that includes a heated pool and hot tub, perfect for year‑round enjoyment in Central Florida’s consistent climate. A patio with outdoor furniture creates a comfortable spot for conversation, and a BBQ grill offers the convenience of outdoor cooking.

Located within Solara Resort in Kissimmee, you gain access to a sprawling water complex, a grand clubhouse, a wave simulator, splash pad, sports courts, and a large fitness center. When you need a break, the clubhouse’s ice‑cream parlor and bar provide a relaxed place to pause between activities.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. There is (1) spot designated in the driveway but you can park in the parking lot adjacent to the property.



The Neighborhood:

The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex. A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills. The little ones will prefer the splash pad for some fun in the sun. Why not join them and let your inner child come out to play? When it’s time to take a break everyone will love to cool off with an ice-cream from the Solara Resort ice-cream parlor or a cold drink from the bar by the pool.



Solara Resort includes a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court and a full-size soccer field. If you’re not a sports-fan but like to stay in shape, you can workout in the large fitness center at the clubhouse.



At the end of the day, you might find your teens at the teen hangout center where they have already made new friends. If they’re not ready to leave just yet, that’s fine too; hungry tummies will soon find their way over to the bar & grill where you’re already chilling with a drink.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a front door bell camera and another camera pointing to the driveway.
