The Space:

Soft morning light pours through the patio doors as you step onto the spacious living area, inviting you to stretch out after a night of adventure. The scent of fresh Florida air mingles with the playful hum of the game room, while the private pool glistens just beyond the indoor‑outdoor flow. Whether you’re racing through the Star Wars loft or drifting into a Disney Princess bedroom, the villa feels like a home built for imagination and togetherness.



Sleeping arrangements

Eight bedrooms are spread across two levels. Downstairs, Bedroom 1 offers a Queen Bed and Bedroom 2 a King Bed, each with an en‑suite bathroom. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 provides a Queen Bed with its own en‑suite. Two Disney Princess themed rooms each contain two Twin Beds. The Super Hero room features two Twin Bunk Beds. Bedroom 6 holds a King Bed, Bedroom 7 a Queen Bed, and Bedroom 8 a Queen Bed; Bedrooms 6 and 7 share a Jack‑and‑Jill bathroom while Bedroom 8 enjoys a private en‑suite.



Indoor living

Two generous living spaces let groups spread out. The upstairs Star Wars loft adds a playful gathering spot, while the downstairs living and dining rooms are perfect for shared meals or quiet downtime. A flat‑screen TV and themed décor set the stage for movie nights. Central air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year‑round, and linens, towels, extra pillows, and blankets are provided. A free washer, dryer, and a dedicated workspace support longer stays and remote work.



Kitchen & dining

The large full kitchen is stocked with the essentials you need to prepare meals at your own pace. Indoor and outdoor dining areas let you choose where to gather for breakfast, dinner, or a casual snack.



Outdoor living

Step onto the private patio to find a sparkling pool and a hot tub framed by sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture. A BBQ grill invites shared dinners under the Florida sky, while the patio and balcony offer quiet spots to unwind between outings.



Game room

The game room sparks friendly competition with air hockey, a basketball hoop, and a bean‑bag toss, giving everyone an easy way to spend time together.



Neighborhood

Located in the Windsor at Westside community, you gain access to a clubhouse with a kids arcade, activity areas, a full gym, and resort‑style amenities including a zero‑entry pool, water playground, slides, lazy river, and sports courts. The villa sits a short drive from Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and a variety of shopping and dining options.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a camera in the garage although is out of service.
