Sleeping arrangements

- Downstairs primary bedroom offers a king bed for two guests.

- Upstairs primary bedroom features another king bed.

- Two upstairs bedrooms each provide a queen bed.

- The Clouds bedroom includes a full bed and a twin bed, sleeping two.

- The Minions bedroom also has a full bed and a twin bed, sleeping two.

All bedrooms come with fresh linens and bathroom essentials.



Outdoor living

Step onto a spacious patio where a private pool and hot tub await. Lounge chairs line the deck for sun‑soaked reading or a quick dip, and a BBQ grill makes casual outdoor meals effortless. A full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances and generous counter space supports group cooking, from hearty breakfasts to relaxed dinners. An indoor dining area flows seamlessly from the kitchen, encouraging long, shared meals and conversation around the table.



Entertainment & extras

A dedicated game room adds friendly competition with a pool table and ping‑pong table. Two living areas provide comfortable seating and a TV for movie nights. Practical touches include a washer and dryer, free on‑site parking, self‑check‑in via smart lock, reliable Wi‑Fi, and a workspace for those who need to stay connected.



Neighborhood & amenities

Located within the ChampionsGate community, you gain access to resort‑style pools, a lazy river, a fitness center, golf facilities, and more. Nearby dining options and local attractions make it simple to balance relaxed days at the villa with outings around Davenport.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, as well as complimentary access to resort amenities.



The Neighborhood:

ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in FL. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Our grill is a propane grill. Please be advised that propane is provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
