A bright 3 bedroom pool home located in the gated community of Legacy Park, conveniently located just minutes from stores, restaurants and all of the attractions. Recently repainted throughout plus new living and dining furniture.

The main living area is located at the rear of the home with lots of seating for the whole family to relax. There is cable TV as well as Roku to stream a movie or your favorite shows. High speed Wi-Fi is included.
There is a second living area at the front of the home, offering plenty of space to spread out.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need for cooking meals. Take a quick bite at the breakfast area or enjoy a meal at the dining table.

The private outdoor pool deck has a table and chairs under the covered shaded area, plus loungers to make the most of the Florida sunshine. Pool heating available at an additional cost.
BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

The master suite also has access to the pool deck and boasts a kingsize bed, walk-in closet and generous ensuite bathroom with shower, tub and double sinks. There is a queen bedroom as well as twin bedroom that share a bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs.

The fantastic games room has a ping-pong table, foosball and basketball shoot game. There are hours of fun to be had for the whole family.

Towels and linens are provided together with washer and dryer for guest use.

Legacy Park is located off Hwy 27, near the crossing with Hwy 192, centrally located near stores, restaurants and golf courses. There is both a closeby Publix supermarket and large Walmart for groceries. Disney is around 15 mins drive and Universal around 35 mins. This particular sub-division of Legacy Park is a peaceful and gated neighborhood with tennis courts and children's playground overlooking the surrounding conservation area.
