Elevator was broken for half of my stay, did not know there was construction until the day of checkin. Had trouble finding a parking spot, had to take the stairs because of the elevator. With a 2 year old and luggages. The staff was really nice…the stay was just a little inconvenient …but overall the stay was decent. Housekeeping was very nice and helpful.

The ADA approved rooms were impressive. Easy access for individuals with limited capabilities. One issue was a ramp area to get into the building while renovations were underway. The complimentary breakfast was a great added touch, variety for different palates. 👏👏👏

Although under construction on the first floor the place was clean, the room nice, the property safe, and very close to universal. We took Lyft to and from the parks and it was cheap. I want to commend the staff 10 stars to them they were friendly helpful went above and beyond will definitely stay again. Thank you

We stayed in a newly decorated room which was clean and bright. Breakfast was a bonus, it was basic but there was a fair choice, it was fresh and the hot choice was always hot. Nice and quiet but only a short walk to the I-ride bus stop and close to restaurants and shops. We didn’t hire a car this time and found it more convenient to use the Universal shuttle bus, Ubers and the I trolley buses, it certainly worked out cheaper. Staff were friendly and helpful and we would go back again.

Property was absolutely amazing! The room was impeccable still had the new furniture smell to it! The standup shower was great! They had a full size fridge, available cookware, dish soap, dish towels just very convenient. I’m definitely staying here next time I’m in Orlando.
