The hotel was very close to Universal and a reasonable drive to Disney which is why my husband and I chose it for our vacation. It was very clean and modern, and quiet, despite having a room near the elevator. What was odd was the size of the bathroom vs the rest of the room; the door barely missed the toilet, the room was so small. But the room itself was spacious and wonderful, just an odd design choice to put such a tiny bathroom in a pretty large room. We’d probably stay elsewhere in another hotel in the same area for more bathroom comfort.

Great staff, clean facility. Walking distance to universal Studios. Only one issue - Don’t order their food. Microwaved potato chips & dry turkey sandwich, which almost broke my teeth when I bit into it. However, they reimbursed our food. All around, I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and myself stayed for a 4 day stay to visit the Universal Studios parks. The staff were so kind and helpful! The free breakfast was delicious and so convenient. The location to the Universal Studio parks was so close and easy to get to and back from. The room was very large and clean. We both said we would definitely stay at this hotel again!
